Yes you are right sugar & carbs are the main problem. Man-made factory produced packaged foods, refined carbs like maida, sugar, corn syrup in cold drinks & sauces, refined vegetable seeds oils not found in nature. God has made all things good. Natural fats like ghee, butter, coconut oil (saturated fats) are healthy. Cold pressed peanut oil also is OK. Man-made Poly unsaturated fats like sunflower oil, corn oil, rice oil, etc are unhealthy and get oxidised in the blood and the source of inflammation.

@@anilkumar-pz2eh i am not saying what he said is wrong. I absolutely agree with his point. I just want to ask this man one thing. Why doesn't he follow these advices himself? Exercising is not just good for the heart but for overall health and to live a long healthy life. Based on his body he might be eating a lot of oily food. He is very fat. So it kindly beats the whole point when the guy giving knowledge doesn't follow his own advice.
