    Fish is very good for health, not fry, fish curry.. Rich in omega 3-fatty acids which is very healthly for heart.
    Also avoid or reduce as much of sugar in diet.

      Yes you are right sugar & carbs are the main problem.
      Man-made factory produced packaged foods, refined carbs like maida, sugar, corn syrup in cold drinks & sauces, refined vegetable seeds oils not found in nature.
      God has made all things good.
      Natural fats like ghee, butter, coconut oil (saturated fats) are healthy. Cold pressed peanut oil also is OK.
      Man-made Poly unsaturated fats like sunflower oil, corn oil, rice oil, etc are unhealthy and get oxidised in the blood and the source of inflammation.

    Sir I drink milk two times a day and two times paneer and I do lipid profile test and LDL level are high so I take milk one time in a day and I also add Arjuna tablet and isabgol powder to remove LDL or cholesterol levels😊

    Seeds nuts are a source of good or healthy fats,they are good source of HDL bhai...itne gym goers khate hai bulking mein tum bol rhe ho yeh sab band kr do...arey allergy nhi hai kuch nhi hai woh band krdo uss hisab se heart k liye dark chocolate bohot acchi.because uss mein flavonoids hai tw bol woh packaged food hai band.krde😂

    Sugar, carb and seed oil are reason for almost all of the leading disease as it triggers insulin resistance. Fat is good, cheese, butter, ghee etc.

    Eating foods containing cholesterol doesn't directly contribute to increase in body cholesterol. Sugar & carbs are the cause. Latest study shows animal fat like ghee, tallow is better than seed oil. Get your knowledge updated.

    Iam a 29 years old guy .
    I did stupidity in my life since college and till I started doing business
    Having beer and outside food be it party or business work
    At the age of 29 my cholestrol went 280 , trygycerdies went 460 . BP didn’t go down to 140/90 I had to eventually start Arbitel 40 to reduce my bp . My life style habits worst it my fatty liver reduced when I reduced weight .
    I’m planning to not eat outside food
    Limit my food content shift to vegetarian diet and stop beer and shift to natural juices and no salt .
    Hope it works

      Stop all outside food at all.Avoid all types of fats, oils and sweets. Eat less carbohydrates. Eat lots of vegetables and cook them boilled with very little salt and pepper for flavor.
      Do morning walk for one hour every day. Do not eat more than three times a day and night. If you do all these practices you will be completely normal within three months. I had the same type as you between the ages of 45 and 50. I am now 66. I have been now suffering from Heart and various diseases.
      I am from Kolkata, India.
      I am taking regular medicine and I am very normal.

    Looks like he is an old fashioned doctor. He himself first needs to reduce his own weight which is extremely necessary. Latest research says that olive oil and ghee from grass fed cow should be used. All natural food should be consumed but in moderation.

    सब कुछ खाओ पर लिमिट के साथ।फैट की जरूरत भी शरीर को होती है,बिना फैट के स्किन रूखी हो जाती है।सब कुछ बॉडी के लिए जरूरी है।अगर आप ज्यादा पानी भी लेते हैं तो वो भी बॉडी को नुकसान ही करेगा।

      @@anilkumar-pz2eh i am not saying what he said is wrong. I absolutely agree with his point. I just want to ask this man one thing. Why doesn't he follow these advices himself? Exercising is not just good for the heart but for overall health and to live a long healthy life. Based on his body he might be eating a lot of oily food. He is very fat. So it kindly beats the whole point when the guy giving knowledge doesn't follow his own advice.
