    Dr Sahab kehte hain ki Desi Ghee, Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts, Peanuts zindagi me kabhi khane hi nahi chahiye. Is it practically possible and really good for health? What about strength, what about testosterone? Every expert nowadays talks about the extreme. There is nobody to guide us on how we can do things in moderation.     Jo khana hai khao, bas achhay se exercise bhi karo.. fit raho!!
    Jalebi, samosa, kachori, rabdi, tandoori chicken, mutton kabab sab zeher nshin hota. thoda thoda khao, maje ke liye, not as a daily diet.
    also, agar khaa ke baithay rahoge tab toh healthy diet bhi zeher hai.

    High fibre , millets, mixed grain atta, lentils, almonds, sprouts, greens, salads, fruits, berries, all good. And all packaged and processed food is bad which is made in factories, sweets shops and bakeries. Milk and milk products are ok for some and not good at all for most of the people as many are overweight and diabetics. Slim, under weight can have milk products. All fruits / veggies are excellent. Bread, cheese, Mayonaise, cheese and heavy Pizza, Pasta, Macroni, Fried items, biscuits, namkeen, alcohol, unhygeininc high calories street food is not good for heart. Any person having double chin and pot belly and Diabetes is having high risk of heart blockages and attacks.

    Aaj kal pav bhaji, dosa, sandwich aur wrapp wale joh bhar bhar ke butter use karte hai woh palm oil se bana nakli butter hota hai.
    Agar asli amul ka butter hani karak hai toh palm oil ka butter kitna hanikarak hoga, uper se log vada pav bhajiya samosa naste hai dabakar khate hai phir marna toh fix hai.

    Bhai har Dr ki alag hi bakaiti he ek kehta he khana he dusra kehta nahi khana. Gao ke log daily oil, ghee, samosa kachori kha kha kar bhi 100 saal ji ja rahe he. Healthy log hi kam age me tee bol rahe he mera friend to boil food kha kar bhi gym kartey waqt nikal liya.

    Why spreading misconsceptions. Eating too much fibre is not meant for everyone..most of the people have ibs or gluten sensitivity. Its better to eat a balanced diet including eggs veg fruits and meat. I personaly followed plant based diet and my digestion collapsed having bloating all day

      Eating non veg is not unhealthy it is part of nature but if you buy chicken from street then there is unhealthy spice or unhealthy oil in it which makes the chicken a junk food.
