Wood Fence Power Wash And Rust Removal

- Today we were tasked to clean a wooden fence that was about 500ft linear ft. The fence will be stained by the customer in the next few weeks once the weather is stabilized. We cleaned the fence with the green pressure tip but normally Id opt to use the white tip instead dude to the less aggressiveness of it. 2nd job was a returning customer that we had to clean a driveway/sidewalk, front wall and back patio. I even tell and show how to price/quote jobs. 1 thing that is personal to me is my prices because everywhere is different and pricing also depends on each business owner. When I used to say what I charge it was a bunch of ppl complaining bout MY prices lol insane right? So I stay away from disclosing my business prices.

Hi man, is it just the sprinkler system that cause the the orange stain, because I have those stain at places where I don’t see any sprinkler system.
Yes it is. It's iron from the pipes of the sprinkler system
you can get these stains from fertilizers as well. Many fertilizers contain iron or other staining nutrients. When they are watered & run off from your lawn they can stain your concrete. You could also get these stains by using an iron remover on your car's wheels in your driveway, and then not using enough water to wash that iron away & it dries on your driveway, etc.
