Hey dude you need to make sure if your getting complaints about that dead line along the house. Always check along the fence it others areas in the lawn like flower beds, fence. If it looks like there is any other sign of sprayed weeds or weed whacking lines it was the lawn company or homeowner spraying for weeds. So if they coming at you for killing the grass it is the landscaper who caused it. It would pull a lot further out into the St.Augustine lawn if it was actually damaged by your chemicals or SH,
I’m also in the Tampa area, getting into pressure washing and soft washing. Currently doing lawn maintenance.

Thanks for the awesome video! Questions? You said your doing $.20 a sf, is that more or less then you do for vinyl siding? I have guys in my area charging $.25-$.30 a sf for vinyl. Have never done a stucco house, so I’m not sure how to price it vs vinyl.
I do have a large stucco house I have to take a look at tonight, seems you are using the same process as a vinyl house wash? Down-streaming? Only stucco I have done wash a chimney, and it was dirty. Used 3% and had to ball valve rinse.

Pretty much keep my house washes between .15-25c. It's not that complicated to be changing prices with vynil VS stucco. Washing a house is washing a house. As you notice I downstream my house washes. So once in a blue moon I may need to go hotter for very dirty stucco.
