I'm just starting in this business and I've just recently stumbled across your channel. You've definitely given more functional information than any other channel that come across. Truly appreciated, Thank you and keep growing. 💯
Thank you for watching and subbing to the channel
you the man honestly. your info is so informative i love watching your cleans and how you get round to doing it. i am so pumped up i am waiting on my kit softwash/pressure wash to be made i honestly am so pumped for this business every i go now i see as a potential customer with how dirty things are. its so important to look after your hones i mean we go car wash and all sorts of things i strongly believe in this business been in youtube university past 4 months just working this all out. I cant wait to get out there and seeing your videos inspire me to push hard and feel so good about getting things done the right way, Thank you for your time to share with us all this as it does take up time and time is everything and i jus appreciate what your doing for everyone out there, I am from Australia and jus keep going bro your look like your killing it thanks god. Happy to see ppl getting what they deserve.
Hey brother, thanks for watching the videos. Keep that same fire throughout the year and your business will surely flourish. I appreciate your feedback it definitely means a lot.

Lmao hahahahah yes 🤣
Good content. God bless you and your family and that your business keeps growing and growing 🤙🏼
Thank you for the wishes. I really appreciated it and I am grateful 🙏🏽
Love your Style Pink! Goin' that extra mile for your customers and sharing your information. Solid business ethic. Much respect from Canada! Cheers
Thanks for watching 😊
I hit those vines with a 12.5% and tell the customer in 4-8 weeks they should start to die and fall off. I haven't had anyone call back yet... We'll see.
Great job brother!
Oh wow not knocking it but I don't think I'm willing to take that risk because 12.5 on a house without rinsing it could peel the paint or oxidize it.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash yeah, too much could go wrong spraying 12.5

Thank you Mr. Goldman. I appreciate the support as always 🙏🏽
Nice Mr Goldman what is best product to keep on hand for soft washing houses that we can keep on hand to take care of windows in case of spotting or streaking, something that takes minimal time?
@@stephenoneill2931 I personally use slo mo surfactant which never streak the windows. BUT ive heard of a product thats call EBC Glide that works wonders on windows. Heard its so good you could upsell window cleaning with it and it requires no scrubbing.

I do have a question tho. When you refer to SH are u talkin about chlorine from the pool supply? Thank u in advance bro. Hope u have a Happy Easter!
@@gogators5762 yes exactly 💯 happy Easter 🐰
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash cool thanks bro!
Hey dude you need to make sure if your getting complaints about that dead line along the house. Always check along the fence it others areas in the lawn like flower beds, fence. If it looks like there is any other sign of sprayed weeds or weed whacking lines it was the lawn company or homeowner spraying for weeds. So if they coming at you for killing the grass it is the landscaper who caused it. It would pull a lot further out into the St.Augustine lawn if it was actually damaged by your chemicals or SH,
I’m also in the Tampa area, getting into pressure washing and soft washing. Currently doing lawn maintenance.
Welcome to the industry. I'm 4 years in now. 💪🏾
Great job, learn a lot from you 👍
Thanks for watching
Thanks for watching
Hey brotha. Love the videos. I’m in central Florida and opening my pressure washing business this year. I’ve learned a lot from ya. Thanks
Hey brother. Wish you lots of success and blessings either your new business 🙏🏽
Just picked up my trailer this week for pressure washing A&R Pressure Washing 🙃
Let's get this money 💰 🤑 💸 😤
That second house was like what the hell. Keeping it real big bro.
Lmao 😭 🤣 😭
Two things, and you have both. Attention to detail and You gota have the want to.
Thanks for the compliment brother.
The cleaner that you use for gutter stripe remove is LA totally awesome like that and the jug that you can buy off of Amazon for $13 for the gallon. I have spent over $200 on acid rain removers and none have been successful. If This is the product that I think that you’re talking about I will give it a try hopefully I get a better result.
That LA is cheap and works great. I've used gutter grenade in the past which works good too but much pricier.
Thanks man happy Easter.
That la awesome is great but keep that water on hand and do a test spot on those gutters, I’ve melted one
Oh I've heard stories lol. That's why I do 30 secs. Im not messing around. I rather apply twice than take paint off the gutters or fascia.
Love your videos great content and you do great work keep bringing the good tips 😀
Thanks so much!
I love your attitude! Keep the grind
Thank you 💪🏾🙏🏽
Good video! I found you because my HOA just sent me a letter regarding cleaning and painting fascia on my house. However, you can barely see it needs cleaning. I watched them on my cameras literally take off their glasses to see it because it was that unnoticeable. About how much should I expect to pay for a 2552 sq ft home in GA?
Those people are so petty wow!!! Typically for one stories it's price per linear ft (length) not square footage. But I'd guess around $2-250 but key is to find someone to do it , most guys are too high on themselves and want to sell you on washing the whole entire house 😒😒
Awesome video! You do incredible work and I've learned a lot from you. Thank you. On a side note, why do I look like I've rolled around in a muddy puddle when done and you look cool as ice? I need to up my wash style!
Hahahahah thanks man. Idk the secret but spraying side ways when washing helps the water repel away from you. Spraying straight on will ricochet and get ya wet and dirty.

As always another great video. Have you ever tried downstreaming the LA Awesome or some other gutter cleaner when it's hard to reach with a brush? I did for the first time on a job I had recently. It seemed to work pretty good. The gutters were so high I really didn't have much control even with the 24' pole I had.
Nah never downstreamed LA before. I like to keep it controlled to the area that needs to be cleaned. I don't wanna get it all over the house.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I downstreamed some gutter cleaner on just the gutters but yeah not the greatest idea because of getting on the rest of the house. I haven't tried the LA Awesome yet but I have heard stories of it stripping paint so I would definitely be careful like you are.
@@mikeholland1309 yes sir 🙌
Good job so you used La Awesome on the whole house !
No lol, he used it on the fascia/gutters to remove streaking...
Thanks @Chris. 💪🏾 just the fascia not the house.
Cliff my man you just gave me an idea to pick up some packs of cheap showerhead caps to cover security cameras while spraying around them.. What do you think? Keep them videos coming..
That works too. I bought a pack and never used them lol things been in my rig for a year. I had plans to use them on outlets and cameras. But honestly I know that's probably something I'll forget to take off and gotta go back to remove. Just like taping.
Ha....you right on that.. On another note I'll be looking for that shooter davis tip, jrod set up you sent me..But what I've found is just the davis long tip only is that the only way to get them?.
We can't afford yet to get a soft wash system but thinking about xjetM5 modify with short lance but need to find a safe container in case I need to carry it up a ladder to roof what I can't reach

Great video as always. When doing stuco or vinyl with oxidation do you lower your sh mix? What are you suppse to do in that situation cuase i know washing the oxidation can be really bad
Wash as usual but stand back away from the siding to avoid wiping off the oxidation with the wand.
Hello sir, i love your videos and how you run your business. you are very professional and descriptive and it has helped me a lot. i need a little of advice from you. i have a 2.5 gpm dewalt machine that i am working with for now until i save enough for a 4gpm. i use extension wands to reach high places. my house wash mix consist of 10% sh and either dawn or laundry detergent. i have been asked to clean a stucco building and i want to know what you would advise to use to clean it. Not sure if my mix is strong enough for stucco???
depends on how dirty the stucco is, downstream should get it cleaned. If not you can try 12v sprayer with a stronger mix.
Just had a customer with the same issue on the soffits.
🙏🏽🙏🏽💪🏾
Provide feedback on this…house is filthy and small. At .30 per sqft it’s not much. I would charge him a minimum of $500. Start at $600 with the extra you are doing. This was on your last house with all the vines
That's a good price if you can land it. I don't see anything wrong with your price
Hey cliff ,
Great job as always. I have a question what process you use to take off the dirt Dobbers ? What type of degreaser do you use ?
ruclips.net/video/7wEdKM-lS4k/видео.html
Thanks brother I’ll check it out
When your rinsing off the solution, are you using a pressure washer or still using a soft wash system?
I use my pressure washer and jrod to rinse with low pressure
Hey Cliff..Awesome work as usual..What type of degreaser do you use on those damn dirt diber nest..lol
Lol those pesky things. Any degreaser will work. I use stampede plus from pressure washer products. I've also used others and it works fine on them.

Great info. Thank you
You're welcome
Hey brother , I like your setup with your gun, lance and j rod. Where did you get that short lance from. I understand youre in FLA, in GA we got two and three stories maybe 4, will that setup with your gun work in GA.
Hey brother. I got it from pressure washer products. To hit 4 stories you're gonna need at least a 10gpm machine. I can hit 3-3.5 stories with my 8gpm.
Awesome job great info
Thanks a lot
When you have vines like that, just tell the customer that it requires sanding and repainting. There's really no other way to fix it.
I tell them that. And also tell them they don't come off for pressure washing. This customer was aware of that. He actually wanted just that side that faces the street cleaned but wirh my minimum for a house wash It was beneficial to wash the whole house.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash this comment was for new guys that might think pressure can get that off. I had to learn the hard way that it doesn’t. #rookiemistake
@@waytruthlifedisciple hahahah yea you'll be spraying for days. Those little legs ain't nothing to mess with.
over 1000 for a house wash? congrats man

@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash dude all my jobs are houses going for 1.5m+. I should raise my prices like u 🥸
@@seattleprowash5464 well that would depend on your market. Try raising it up a lil to see the feedback.
You're not worried about SH overspray all over the fabric upholstery of the patio furniture?
Nope I'm not. Cause that weak concentration won't hurt them.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Huh. Maybe I'm too paranoid and waste time moving things I really don't need to. Thanks for the info.
@MayorOfBasedville yea that outdoor stuff is tough. That downstream mix isn't gonna hurt them
Keep those $1k+ days coming!!!
Getting it done. Had a other one today!
Hey Clif, what do you recommend for cleaning around doors into the home? Spray with house wash too or don't apply any soap if it's real wood / stained etc.? Thanks!
If its a stained wood door I wouldn't do sh around them at all. Strictly water. You could always cover the door with plastic. Sometimes I don't even spray water on wood doors so they don't get water spots. Painted doors are fine with a downstream mix. I haven't had an issue with those.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Another question for you: What do you do with rugs / mats on pool decks and in front of doors? I know some people will clean them while cleaning that area. Also, what do you with pool furniture that has cushions? I really appreciate your help and guidance, I really want to go above and beyond when servicing areas for people and make them excited about their new clean space.
@@blacklabpowerwash8018 the rugs and furniture can just be moved out of the way. Most outdoor cushions are safe with SH. I've had customers pay me to clean them before.
Is that the Turbo tip you use to get the upper part of the house ?
No. It's called a shooter tip.
Great job, very informative can you please inform me of the chemical supplier in Tampa. Thank you.
For sh? Just go to any poop supply store that has bulk chlorine for sale. I go to the ones nearest to me. Off bearss Ave and also in Odessa. Ameritech also sells it and power wash equipment sells it too.
Do you ever follow up with a customer after a bigger job? I just recently did a oxidation removal & I want to see the home up close but not certain if that’s standard practice
Yes I follow up with my customers. That's how I got so many 5 star reviews
Down streaming makes your mix 50/50 correct? Great video cliff
No it doesn't. Downstreaming gets your 1-2%
Thanks I always thought otherwise great job☝🏽
What do you usually charge per linear ft to clean the fascia/gutters with the la awesome
Normally about 1.50 for 1st story and 2 50 for 2 stories
Thanks man I appreciate it! I’m located out of tampa as well.

Yes that extension pole reaches 2 stories easily. It has 2 sections which you can adjust.
Awesome video
Thanks for watching
What was your mix for these two house washes? Are you using a surfactant in the mix? if so what brand?
Thanks..
about a 1.5-2% mix. I use surfactant sometimes if i need the sh to stick to the surface. My go to brand is slo mo surfactant from pressure washer products.
do you rinse with your high pressure line (using a rinse nozzle)?
Yes I do. 1 hose does it all.
Great Job
Thank you for watching 😀
What %SH are you spraying on the house? Thanks, great video!
Downstreaming. So typically right under 2%
What percent mix are you getting from downstream injector for that stucco
About a 1.25-2% mix. With the super suds sucker downstream injector.
Bro . I hate to be that guy . But you really gotta bag stuff off like that tv. And throw a trash can lid over the fans . You may get away with it most times . But eventually your either gonna have to miss spots. Or fry something. Also, I would assume that he wouldn’t be able to get a hot enough mix down streaming for stucco, unless it’s super super light on the growth. But other than that keep up the hustle
I dont spray near the electric stuff at all to avoid any problems. Nothing got on the TV. Trust me thats the last thing id like to do is fry someone's stuff. Thanks for the heads up I appreciate it.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash oh for sure . I wasn’t saying you did get anything on the electronics. Just saying you could get a potentially better clean if you cover that stuff up . But as long as your customer is happy thats all that matters. And sorry if i came off judgmental. Just like to try and pass on knowledge when possible. Keep up the hard work my man 💪🏻
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash and oddly enough. Im watching a video off your channel now . One on a rust removal job . You definitely do good work.
@Bradley Harrington oh none taken brother. I seen your angle. Definitely would be a better clean
Do you need to mix this or when the water from the pressure comes out it automatically does? Also can I use pressure washer with foam can if I don't have a soft wash system?
When you downstream the sh the downstream injector pulls the chemical and mixes it with the water for you.
I'm sure you could use a foam cannon but you'd have to fill them up alot and wouldn't know exactly your chemical mix ratio vs a downstream injector.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash yea I know just trying to figure out alternative to get the Chen's on until I get a better set up.
@@Hawktgk yes sir. Downstream is the best way to go. A Downstream injector is like 25 bucks

@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash awesome. I’m ordering one this weekend. Thanks again. Keep those videos coming!! Lol 💪🏾

@Cashen is correct. But the one I'm using is this.
shop.pressurewasherproducts.com/GREEN-NYLON-10-ALL-DIRECTION-WASH-BRUSH-6294.htm
Thanks for the awesome video! Questions? You said your doing $.20 a sf, is that more or less then you do for vinyl siding? I have guys in my area charging $.25-$.30 a sf for vinyl. Have never done a stucco house, so I’m not sure how to price it vs vinyl.
I do have a large stucco house I have to take a look at tonight, seems you are using the same process as a vinyl house wash? Down-streaming? Only stucco I have done wash a chimney, and it was dirty. Used 3% and had to ball valve rinse.
Pretty much keep my house washes between .15-25c. It's not that complicated to be changing prices with vynil VS stucco. Washing a house is washing a house. As you notice I downstream my house washes. So once in a blue moon I may need to go hotter for very dirty stucco.
So spraying all the stuff on the back patio with sh didn’t ruin the chairs or anything ?
Imagine ppl jumping in a chlorinated pool and sitting on those chairs on the regular. It's equivalent to the same. So of course not it doesn't ruin them, I wouldn't (and the industry wouldn't) use a method that would cost us money. It's all about the percentages of sh you're using. We're not spraying straight sh
What’s the percentage of SH that you use in this house?
Like a 1.5-2%
Dod u spray the grass and bushes with water before you spray the cleaners? I was just curious
Yes that's always a good property protection plan.
Hey bud, I have a pressure washing business in Delaware just starting out. What gpm machine are you using to reach those heights ? I’ve tried Awesom in the past but everyone says to us Sh ?
Your thoughts?
Back then I was using a 5.5gpm I believe. But a 4gpm can reach that easily. And take notes on what I was using LA Awesome for brother.

Not at all. I wouldnt attempt surface cleaning a wood deck.
Why is it that your downstreaming with the patio cushions. Will the sh not bleack them or is is bc its too low a %
Too low of a percentage. Think of it like this. People get in the pool that has chlorine and jump out then go sit right on those cushions lol 🤣
Cam you pressure wash Stucco?
You should be soft washing houses not pressure wash them. You can damage paint with pressure
What is the tip you use and where do you get it, also what soap do you use, I use purple when the client doesn't want chlorine.
The 2 story tip, that's a Davis shooter tip. Pressure washer products is where I got it. They have them online. I use slo mo surfactant also from pressure washer products. I only use SH , I don't use what the customers suggest. I'm the contractor , I can't guarantee my work usomh their recommendations.
I agree with what he said about only using SH. If I have a customer who doesn’t want SH used, I pass the job into another company or politely tell them I’m not interested. I’m set up to use SH. One residential job is not worth the hassle.
Do you charge per square foot brother
Yes I do
You use la totally awesome to clean the soffit? 50/50 and only let it sit for a short amount of time?
