Good morning, I was just saying yesterday I would love to see more of us (people of color) out there doing their thing. We need to know that there are small black owned businesses out there that we can and should support, especially when they’re in our area. I pray more of them would use this medium or some other outlet to let people know they’re out there. I would rather support a honest black-owned business for sure. Thank you my brother for all you do. Your work is impeccable! They should’ve let you hit all those other dirty things too😂😂!! Be blessed!
I'm not of color, ( native American and Irish lol so , carcasion? ) I hire people of color over white people, they do a lot better job, they don't half ass jobs, they do it good, they do it right. I don't have ALOT of money, I was wanting to replace some of the floor, in a crappy mobile home I bought, the gentleman TAUGHT me how to fix the floor, MYSELF, and a couple other fixes, I had the laminate flooring, for a year, but the price to put it in was expensive, he was so nice, quoted me a reasonable price, made me help, then , other repairs , he put me on a " payment plan" I pay every month x amount, ( came home one morning, lmfao he had replaced my jealousy windows with normal ones! He got them from a demolish job, and with money I saved on electric bill, just put into my payment plan , I had 7 windows replaced for only 1,000 ! ( That's cheap) ( Live in fla) My electric went from over 200 to 130 a month. I had a front door put in by another person, they did shit expensive work, Roland, fixed it correct and put a hasp outside , so my dog can't pop it open. I hope my comment wasent offensive, , but point taken , men or women of color take pride in their work, it isn't about the money,
Those little cocoons are plaster bagworms (pesky little beetles) Cheap powdered laundry soap around the building perimeter works like a charm to get rid of them. 👍
I just did one a mobile home out and moon lake couple weeks ago and it was pretty bad but it was great before and after shot and I down streamed it twice and I had to go back with the pump up sprayer to hit all the build up spots she lived in a shaded area with a lot of trees around her trailer I love watching your videos I follow you all the time great job on that one can't wait to see the next video
Hey Scott thanks brother. Man its a whole lot of work over there on Moon Lake. I wish i could tap in that area but thats a little out of the way for me. lots of dirty roofs!!
Hello Cliff, sorry to bother you, are there any regulations for the use of Sodium Hypochlorite in the State of Florida. I saw a video on RUclips where a neighbor called to file a complaint to a Government Agency (EPA) that oversees the use of chemicals, Actually the guys from the agency showed up. What can be say or explain when someone question us for using SH for professional house cleaning? Have you ever had a similar experience while performing a job ? Thank you!!!
Sodium hypochlorite better known as chlorine. Mix some in a pump up sprayer with some water and spray it on the siding if you don't have professional equipment.
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you so much! I just bought a pressure washer and have been binge watching your videos. You do amazing work and I love the pride you take in it! Everyone should work in a field that brings them joy and satisfaction and you have clearly found yours!
Big bro why not use a little surfactant? I never have to respray. I use percile laundry detergent. Just a small amount. I helps to clean and the bleach runs down slow to help the dwell time. And I use less bleach.
I use a bypass so I can rinse with low pressure tip instead of using that 1 story rinse tip that sometimes puts too much pressure on surfaces in my opinion.
hey cliff i have a job tomorrow doing a mobile home that looks like this one. i have a simpson 3000 psi 2.4 gpm. i also have a pump sprayer. what percentage do you suggest i use to hit with pool shock.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash do you add 15-25% for travel on top of the price for service cleaning and how much would you charge for a job like that I have a similar job in Tennessee coming up and would like some mentor advice. I been following you for about 4 years and have helped me gain a lot of knowledge and I greatly appreciate your videos and tutorials
I can't say how much I'm charging because this is my livelihood and people in my market watches these videos as well. But yes 15%-20% on top is a good rate for traveling.
The supplier I get it from has 12.5% so thats what im using but 10% would work just fine. Its just to touch up and rinse. It wont affect the siding in that very brief moment.
Ok. Thank you. I mistakenly bought a 600 PSI which is pretty worthless. My wife's grandmother wants me to power wash her mobile home but mine doesn't do the trick. I was thinking about renting one for the day; maybe around 1500 PSI. Thank you for the response.@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash
Shoot if youre willing to book training for that long we can set something up. I can teach you it all if youre serious. The information and time ill devote to teaching you isnt free though.
I like the garden on the roof!
Hahahha unreal what grows up there.
Lol you said the Mobile home needs some love, sure does a whole lot of cleaning love
He should be able to get a higher offer on it lol
The man with the plan much love my guy
Yessuh. Sending u love back my brother.

Looks very nice. The homeowner should have had you power wash the AC unit and all the concrete. You did a very nice job!
Good eye. Most definitely should have. Thanks for watching
Man that was nasty but came out awesome. I love washing vinyl
Hell yea night and day

No problem
Great job Cliff, looks so good after that rinse down... Knew there was gonna be a "butta" in this one 😂
Lol the home owner had front row seat as you saw. 🤣

Never heard of that. Only time it's an issue to use sodium hypochlorite is if you're working on a dock.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Thank you Cliff👍
Great job homie!! Starting a software business myself....love the video
Thank you
Nice job, however still waiting on your new build to hit the road. LOL...
Next video to drop. I had to to get all the van videos out my system lol 😆
Nice job. I wonder how they clean those small gutters.
Good question! Just gotta get up there and scoop it out
I need that spray gun and tip set up? That has a nice fan when you are spray ing
The tips is for an 8gpm pressure washer. The gun is in the description of this video
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I appreciate it my brother and I really enjoy the videos down here in HTown!!
Fantastic work love the attention to detail. Any advice for a new guy to the industry getting started? .
Thanks 😊
Thanks. Oh man wayyyyy too long of a list to type. Ive covered all of that in the hundreds of videos on the channel.
My man hitting that gym.
🤣🤣🤣💪🏾💪🏾
What would I need to use to pressure wash vinyl siding that has green algae on it?
Sodium hypochlorite better known as chlorine. Mix some in a pump up sprayer with some water and spray it on the siding if you don't have professional equipment.
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you so much! I just bought a pressure washer and have been binge watching your videos. You do amazing work and I love the pride you take in it! Everyone should work in a field that brings them joy and satisfaction and you have clearly found yours!
@themadisons513 thank you for the support 🙏🏽
Now that was a Job.. What SH percentage did you use for that place. It was Ulgy!! Great Job Cliff!
He down streamed so can't be more than 2% if I had to guess, waiting for his answer too curious now!
I downstreamed it then spot treat the rest with straight sh.
Great job!!. How many PSI does your power washer have? Thanks
3500psi but I'm not using PSI to clean
What type of soap did it take ?
Did you use any vinegar ??
No we use chlorine not vinegar
Sup Cliff!!!
Yo what's up brother
excellent work, what tip did u use. many thanks.
just a wide fan, 2550 tip with my 8gpm
Big bro why not use a little surfactant? I never have to respray. I use percile laundry detergent. Just a small amount. I helps to clean and the bleach runs down slow to help the dwell time. And I use less bleach.
I do use surfactant. When it's 10 years of algae it won't come off with downstream. This is probably only instance you've seen me reapply
What J-rod nozzle do you rinse with without pulling SH?
I use a bypass so I can rinse with low pressure tip instead of using that 1 story rinse tip that sometimes puts too much pressure on surfaces in my opinion.
Is this a common practice in your area ???😮
For mobile homes to be that dirty ? Lol idk probably
Do u charge extra then u haven't seen a property and then it's that dirty?
Yes sometimes I do. When I quote over the phone I make it clear this is a quote only since I'm not driving out to every single job
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I was wondering how that works
I was wanting to pressure wash mine what chemical do you use ?
Pool chlorine
What kinda cleaner is that? Looks great 👍🏿
Sodium hypochlorite better known as chlorine
Thanks great job 👍🏿
hey cliff i have a job tomorrow doing a mobile home that looks like this one. i have a simpson 3000 psi 2.4 gpm. i also have a pump sprayer. what percentage do you suggest i use to hit with pool shock.
Probably 50/50 if it's this bad
How much did charge for this job of this size or did you put together a package price ?
I gave him a package price for all 3 units and added some on to travel out there cause he's just out of my service area
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash do you add 15-25% for travel on top of the price for service cleaning and how much would you charge for a job like that I have a similar job in Tennessee coming up and would like some mentor advice. I completely understand I just admire your dedication to the work you put in and I hope to work with you on a collaboration one day
What type of soap/ rinse are you using?
Soap and rinse tips? I have an 8gpm machine so soap is 2550 and rinse is a 2520. If you got a 4gpm or 5gpm your tips will be different.
Another great video PF! A question I've has is do you usually leave window screens on, or additional charge to remove and replace kind of deal?
Always leave them on. Taking them out is risk I don't wanna take. Lots of these screens are brittle and I don't wanna be responsive for breaking them
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Good point Sir. Thank you
I made the decision to pay you a visit bud we spoke on the phone about 2 months ago I'm hoping to gain the most from our meeting bud!
Hey thanks. Hope you can learn a lot from.the vids
Did you have to pressure wash in some spots vs soft wash?
Nope all soft wash
When you say "Hit it with straight SH"... you mean 10 - 12.5% or do you mix a weaker solution in your pump up?
The supplier I get it from has 12.5% so thats what im using but 10% would work just fine. Its just to touch up and rinse. It wont affect the siding in that very brief moment.
2550 tip is that the PSI? Thank you.
No thats the nozzle or tip size.
Ok.
