    Cliff, great work as always. Are you satisfied with your 12v system or have you considered anything to replace it?

      Absolutely love the simplicity of it. I think it i ever put my p40 softwash system on the truck i would still use the 12v system very often.

    What boots do you recommend for roof washing brother so I won’t slip

      Huk Boots are great and affordable. Cougar paws are also awesome but more pricey. Always take precautions

    Hey Cliff, happy New Years man! Got another question and need some advice: I got a sand and sealing job for a travertine pool deck, the travertine has holes and divets for texture, and I'm finding that the poly sand I'm using is getting stuck in the holes, and even with a leaf blower it won't come out. The poly sand I'm using is pretty thick as well, would you recommend using a finer silica sand? The top of the pavers were dry, so I'm thinking that the holes were still humid. Another note, the joints between are around 1/16 inches, super small. Would you even recommend sanding the joints? Thanks brother!

      1st. I wouldn't even sand those. 2nd never use polymeric on travertine as the polymeric sand gets hard with water. Yes use a fine grain sand and wet sand if needed. 9/10 i don't sand travertine pavers.

    Why don't you rinse? If you let it dwell for 30 minutes, then the home owner gets to see the shine and cleanliness immediately. And are you using your tank water to wet the yard or the house water? Thanks for answering i find your videos super informative. When you want to open up an Orlando satellite office we should talk.

      There's just no reason to do so. Nature will rinse better than you ever could, plus it's super clean by the time you're leaving already.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 дня назад

      It's clean already lol you can clearly see it's clean. The longer the solution stays in the better it will be so there's no need to rinse. Always use the customers water , the buffer tanks are there on the truck to make sure my pressure washers aren't starving for water which will cause cavitation of the pumps. Hahajah ok. I'll keep that as a reminder lol 😆

      Sodium hypochlorite stays active up to 24 hours max, so leaving it on the roof ensures all the organics are dead. Rinsing would just add more chemicals to your gutter bags or run off as it’s active causing a bigger chance of a grass or plant kill. The only rinse I do metal roofs.

      @@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Keep that in mind you can start to expand your empire! Think about setting up a franchise partner in Orlando! You pick what system to use, pumps, sprayers, ect even what hoses to use, set up some standard operating procedures and let me be the first franchise! Imagine having Pink Flamingo Power Wash all over Florida, even the entire South East of the country and you get paid a % on everyone!
      We should talk sometime, I did just start, Huff & Puff Power Washing based out of Kissimmee, FL. Make it a great day. I'm Brad by the way.

      @radbronson7018 not a bad idea at all. I've been pitched that idea couple times over the course of my 5 years in business. It sounds really good 👍
