Getting your competitors money is just icing on the cake. When you make something happen in a punch it typically leads to tips, referrals, 5 star Google reviews and the best part is reassuring yourself that you're running a legit business, while others are slipping. Keep it up!
I agree with you 100%! I booked a office building (all glass front) commercial job yesterday for $18k. Building owner informed me that another local company did not bother showing up on their scheduled appointment to do the job. He also told me that I come in $9k dollars less than the other guy. This will be a quick and easy job to do. Wash the front of the building and do all the concrete sidewalks. Better part of 6 to 7 hours tops. Don't know about the rest of you guys but I'm loving this shit. lol
Same here! I got a 13K job the end of last year just by answering the phone. The customer said “I need you to come wash my building”. Never once asked for a price just said get it done. I later ask why he went with my company and he said he called others and no one answered the phone and I did. I’ll take it!!!!
Good on you for getting after it, nice job. That owner has so much other stuff going on at that house that will effect the showing, at least your part and name look good
I did a sidewalk that took way too long, I've done a house that's taken about an hour. This sidewalk took me almost 3 hours, 3 coats of 5%, pretreat, while working it, and post treatment. The concrete was stained green it had been sitting so long, but my final coat took care of it.
Great video brother! 👍🏻 getting that money as always. Would you mind throwing up a link for that check valve downstream injector. I’m really interested in that. TIA keep it rolling
Curious if you do any kind of disclaimer prior to washing? There is so much that we don't se from the ground up (broken siding, missing flashing, rotten eves etc) but it definitely could cause unforeseen problem. Great vid as usual. 👍
Good job! Thank you for these videos. I have a question. This may be covered in your course which I'm going to subscribe to. If so, disregard. Do you follow the same procedure each time or is that on a case by case basis? Thanks.
Hey Kyle love your content. Question for you. Can you apply chem to the whole house before you start rinsing? I have been doing one side at a time. I may be over thinking it. Thanks in advance
@@allveteranspressurewashing thank you for the support. I would not apply to the whole house before rinsing. Too much risk. Chemical will start drying and overspray will stay on plants to long before you can rinse. I apply to one side at a time 2 max
That’s why I think the biggest competitor to ourselves is ourselves. A lot of us shoot ourselves in the foot by not having systems in place, not showing up on time, not having good customer service, not communicating with customers or potential customers 🤦🏾♂️. What CRM do you use?
I just started my RUclips channel but planned to make a rant about this. I reached out to 7 companies to vinyl wrap my truck and auto detailing. Only one company reached out.
We have a voicemail and even an automatic text message the client receives after a missed call. Today we slept in because we're sick. We get a text message back immediately saying "it's okay I got it handled thank you" Some customers you probably don't want to work for anyways. It sucks when you're struggling and fighting to land jobs but is it really worth working for someone who gets upset when you didn't answer the phone? They obviously read our text message and responded but didn't care to even try and get a quote.
I didn't answer the phone when I had the flu...from December 14 to Jan 14. LOL I really didn't care if you called someone else. I actually wanted the competition to get the jobs. Now, I am well and answering the phone. Good information. Keep it up.

Hey Kyle, how many foot of high pressure hose are you using 250’-300’? From the road to the back of that house, looked you were maxed out?

You should do a video on how to down stream with the m5 and shooter tip. For newbies like me
I go over this in my training course brother.

Check valve chemical injector for downstream..what brand and set up are you using ?
I want to know also.
Hey Kyle, what size lance are you running on the gun? 24inch?
Hey Kyle, I’m new to this you mentioned the North side of the house being the dirtiest. Why is the North dirty usually?
The north side does not get as much sunlight. So it’s a better environment for mold and algae to grow
Okay, another question. What are those panels leaning against the deck?

How do you get the spider webs off? Does the downstreaming solution usually dissolve them or do you have to hit them with a brush or broom? 👍
The bleach kills or dissolves it, no brushing needed.
Please tell us newbees the percentage of SH so we can gain more knowledge. Thanks
What exactly is your wand set up ?
can i use a size 29dc battery for a 12v soft waash pump?
What size pressure washer are you using to downstream
What kind of tape are you using for property protection

You don't use ox Knox?
