I was fortunate to see Norm about 3 times live. The last time was 2019 pre covid and the lineup was Norm, David Spade and Dennis Miller. Norm opened and he Killed. Spade came on next and was basically like "I'm in between two comic geniuses, what can I do?" Miller closes, which I thought was a great sign of respect from the Norm and Spade. The end of the show all 3 came out and took some Crowd questions. The line started to fill up and about 20 questions were asked. At least 15 were specifically directed at Norm.
