All throwing items do god-damage in this type of game, just like Steelrising, you can defeat any boss with only elemental nades
Yes grenade consumables really do pack a punch in this game especially when doing an advanced build.

I dont think so its too difficult or poorly balanced. Not sure its only me but I am finding this game relatively easier than other souls like. I am on chapter 8 and so far able to do it fairly easy

I think it is funny that alot of the gameplay videos of people saying it is too hard are the people that don't use elemental weapons and throwing items. Also they simply try to brute force their way through. It is like yeah it is hard when you play it that way.

This is something that I noticed immediately when playing the full version. Throwing cells in the demo did not one-shot ranged puppets in Elysion Boulevard, but now they do. Throwables are buffed when compared to the demo. Why did they buff them?

Boss gets zapped which means it gets stunned, as you can see when the boss is close to the player and stopped moving with the lightning effect across the boss

So disappointed with the difficulty in this game- the best think about difficulty in dark souls- is you can ignore that boss go another path get a new weapon and go back. Preventing it from being tedious. Also bosses with 2 phases usually are at the end of the game when u have plenty of healing items and dont hit you at 30% health.
Is that so? Dark souls 1-3 never be hard game once what you know what to do :3

I just uninstalled the game today. Wasn’t any boss fight or anything, it’s the level with the zombies that spits green acid. That level is so hard. I did reach the sub boss but that was it for me. No more 😂 . Most of the things I want to buy (throwable) is out of stock soooooo ….

Yeah, thats an early game boss. This isnt gonna work on late game bosses. Last boss it works on kinda well is Romeo

@rafael_lana they literally nerfed the hell out of the later games bosses health(well, pretty much all bosses), so it makes sense that it's feasible now
@@MangyPL that's a shame, I played a little bit on a friend's account but I'm waiting for the price to drop a bit in December, hopefully they make it hard again. Hearing a lot of complaints about the parry timing too.

The parry window is horrible. I can't get used to it. If you get out of rythym you're dead. Beautiful game but I don't think I died anywhere near this much in elden ring. One thing nice about elden ring if you get sick of dying you can go level up. It's a great game but it definitely gets frustrating. I don't have the reflexes anymore for the parrying in this game. I do love that some developers are still making difficult games though. Not many games are that difficult now a days.
@@jimmytimber7074 I'm old and don't parry either. You can level up in this game. I'm on NG +3 having not relied on parry's at all. This game has plenty of options for people to get the job done. It's perfect how it is. If a skilled player wants a challenge then don't use throwables, spector, legion arm, ect. If someone just wants to win, it can be done.
@@DigitalHaze65536 Ya I'm sure. I'm gonna go back to the game at some point. I hopped on cyberpunk and kinda got hooked. I have lies of p and lords of the fallen I'll get to them next probably. I tried lies of p right after elden ring and just wasn't into another soulslike right away.
@@jimmytimber7074 It's all good as long as you are having fun :) I have Lords of the Fallen but didn't start it yet, was too hooked on Lies of P plus I have a very annoying shift change at work coming up, don't want too get addicted to something new until I get used to that. I have a week off in a month I'll start it then. Elden Ring I'm level 700 (13 to go lol) but finally got bored, will hop on the DLC when it comes out.
I farmed for an hour yesterday and got 1 termite bomb😂
You can buy all throwables from a merchant in the Red Lobster bar on up the ladder as soon as you go in from the stargazer back door.

Im willing to bet they are doing unintended amounts of damage, and if not then they will still probably nerf throwables cuz prople arent even using their weapons in a game all about them. I say do this while you can but make sure to finish befire they do nerf it XD
