Gotta add couple pads of Butter, some brown sugar and a drizzle of bbq sauce to your tinfoil before laying the meat side down on the butter. Then put it back on the heat, this will create a nice glaze and then just a light coat of bbq sauce on top preferably a thinned out sauce so it creates mirror finish. That will get you comp ready ribs.

It’s a cheat. Real smokers just spray the ribs every 30 to 60 minutes with apple juice to keep them from drying out. Put a drip pan under as well with water and any kind of veggies or ingredients you want . The seam from that will help keep em moist as well
