The stopwatch is a referee function with time elapsed, extra time and target time. Target time could be 45 mins for example. The timer is also useful for a referee. The presets are common half times in football for example. It will count up after the count down has finished which gives you elapsed extra time. I'm a referee and this is my backup watch. Specialised but very good for that.
This is the watch i use as a fitness addict , the interval timers are so amazing. And i love the retro look of the watch.
it's a, as you say, situational watch. It's unnatural in so many ways because it was designed as a referee watch in mind. For me however, it functions pretty well as a cook's watch.
The wife said: Learn to dance like this man and you can buy the damn watch ... even though you have 3 just like it!
No they are not the same!!! Pffff, AE1200/1000 and this are veeery different. I need an AE1300 also...different.

I like this watch so much I’m gonna give it a steel ace and sapphire crystal. Easier read the date than Casio ae1200.

I used a white pencil eraser and gently rubbed the white illuminator and 10 years battery markings. They where erased easily and didn't leave a faded plastic strap
Hey. I did the same with my W219h 8BV. I removed the '《illuminator》" & the rather "embarassing" 'water 50m resist' marking 😂
It looks like a good watch Tomas, but no where near as good as those dance moves 🕺
I almost bought this watch thinking it was a more advanced AE1200. After reading more about it and especially after watching your review I'm glad i didn't purchase this watch. I think it's target market is for athletes who run or do some sort of interval training.

você acabou esquecendo de mencionar que no modo STW, se você manter pressionado o botão Adjust, poderá adicionar um alvo "TGT", com limite de 60 minutos.
No watch is perfect. If it had a regular stopwatch and the display was in the middle without those ornate accessories, it would be perfect. Otherwise, you can set the interval timer to work like a classic timer.
I realy like the look at this watch, but i agree, stopwatch and timer is so dumb. More simple has been great.
