I love skmei brand, i dont even care about if casio something similar for a few euros more. The point is when casio start shelling wachtes back in 80s it was a shitty brand and noone want to have a casio on his wrist, but today they're very popular and people love the brand just cause they're popular now. I don't care about casio, i have 50 differents skmei between other 200 wachtes, of course i can buy a casio or tissot or other expensives brands but i love cheap wachtes and i loves chinesse wachtes cause they represent what casio represent backnin 80s. That's my point of view

Current favorite choice to put on in the morning are between an Addiesdive (Grand Seiko homage, you know the one!), a San Martin & the Seestern Doxa 300T. Great review! I wasn't 100% sure but now that I have it on my wrist I've fallen in love with this watch. Simple and elegant, yet sporty. And very good quality for the price. I have to check how much the movement is precise but usually NH35 doesn't disappoint. I love it! <3

If that bronze San Martin would have VH31 or whatever else quartz movement I would buy it. As a mechanical I don't want it, too many hassle. Militado is the current No.1. classic field watch maker. And I so much love they are making every watch with quartz movement instead of hasty mechanicals/automatics. A decent quartz movement is a the best for every day usage. So much hassle free. You set the time twice a year - summer/winter daylight saving time - and that is all! You should check out - but maybe already know the model range - ML05 blue version, ML08 "Murph" version and green version (with red strap it looks like a Christmas time colors, like the holly on the table top), ML07 with cream dial (there is both K1 mineral and sapphire glass version, and it has a push-pull crown). Rdunae is the No.2. classic field watch makers. Only No.2. for 2 reasons: they have much less models and their models only have 50meters of water resistance. But, I have f*ckin' thin wrists and the RA03 with 34,5mm case diameter and about 41-42mm of lug to lug is just the my size! Perfect!

I just bought the grey negative version. I have Many Casios. I have my first one from the 80s. I like this one a lot. Yea the negative display is a little harder to read but I’m 60 and I can. Plus it’s cool.

Couple days ago I received my one, green with day-date. And you are right, it's hard to screw down the crown all the way back, to ensure water resistance. And it must be done thoroughly. Nevetheless, this watch conquer my heart, and I can live with this flaw. Overall, quality is brilliant. The dial appeared some smaller than it seems to be at the photos, and readability at color sunburst dial suffers a little. From the other side, color dial gives great positive emotions.

its the 3rd time I got this watch since hte first two give them away as gifts but I keep comming back to this and love it. The legibility is amazing and has all I need as functions. The strap is better than anything I had. Love it !

Do 18mm lug

Is there a version of this watch with a bit bigger case diameter, something above 40mm for us with bigger wrists? Or a different brand in this style?

Ever since I bought a watch from MAMACOO , My question is if it's this hard to tell them apart, what is the point of owning an authentic watch?

Just had a Solar Model delivered for $20.00. Easy to set up, suits my small wrist and the time easy to see. All in all a win in these cash strapped times.

Good luck getting them to make this with a 20 mm band. I believe this is the same case as the 2023 and 2030, both of which also use the VH31 movement. They all have 19mm lug width, but the 2030 has a mineral crystal. Since this one and the 2023 have sapphire, you should be pushing for a 2030 with sapphire. They would sell even more of them than they already have. The Ali Express link isn't working.
