Is date changing period set by movement manufacturer or it can be adjusted (and wasn't done by SM)?

After having 2 Chinese watches break in less than 12 months and neither company standing behind their warranty there is no way I’d spend thousands on Chinese crap

Seems like alot of money for a printed dial

I prefer the pre-NH34 more expensive version. What bothers me is the deep down dial. Should be close to the level of the bezel. Just a detail I learned over time. It's still one of the remaining pitfalls of SM.

Interesting. I feel is too big. Hopefully they will make a smaller model. I like the hands and in special rhe second hand. Not sure. I think it might at times be hard to see the time. Maybe hands should be in a different colour. I like rhe watch face without the rest of the Titanium part. But you are right. I like brands that take risks .

I applaud their originality, we need more creativity like this. People will buy any dumb submariner copy until they've spent enough money on it to buy an actual sub, meanwhile they decided to explore the love or hate path with their own imagination. Tthe mark up and profits made by the manufacturers when they distinguish between mineral glass and sapphire glass - a matter of cents, but selling thousands can make a difference to their final profit. Pretty disgusting, I think.

I ordered this watch through Kickstarter. I just received it yesterday. The top part where the minutes are has fallen off to the side of the dial. I tried to message OLTO 8 on Kickstarter, but I’m not getting any reply. Do you have any idea of what I can do?
