It feels so good to have a really functional laundry. I struggled with how best to use mine for ages but 2 years ago we finally bought those big shelving units and now it's so great . I save time by knowing where everything is in there and I can get the jobs done easier. We'll done lovely ❤❤

I remember when I got my laundry room all organized and cute.. There seemed like so much room to keep the folding there and not on the couch.....until my Hubby decided it was a perfect place for a giant cabinet 😂😢... So, make sure Hubby has a space ahead of time!

I am a recipe follower. Still good at cooking. I collect recipes and keep them in a book.
Mexican cornmeal crepes:
1/4c cornmeal
3/4c flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs
Mix together.
Add 1 cup of milk and mix batter together.
Fry crepes in greased pan.
Filling:
Fry 1/2 onion chopped , and 1 tbsp. minced garlic.
Add 1lb pack of gr. beef
Fry till brown.
Add 1 can tomato soup, 3 tbsp. taco seasoning, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything and heat through.
Fill crepes, roll and put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake covered in 350* oven for 15 min.
*Add corn or diced peppers if desired.

I think that maybe, if you want , you can try to make the laundry room space cuter by paneling the sides and painting the paneling with a color you like.

I LOVE coconut rice but it has a lot of saturated fat so I’ve had to cut back on it haha
