I used to search too much for a good system to put myself into a category but thankfully I realised I was wasting my life and even considering something starting as a utopia it's already game over
A meritocracy is basically just a system in which all government positions are given off of merit or ability to perform that task. So for example a bureaucratic minister of transportation gets that job because of his previous work and intelligence on transportation etc;

The truth: the classement of gouvernement systems, made by the greeks. Each cathegory contain subcathegory based on how is selected the people who reign.
Monarchy : when 1 person decide. This person can be choose by election, or others system. The leader isn't leader forever.

While I definitely agree with most, I would have to say socialism should be higher. Modern socialist countries in Scandinavia have some of the highest living standards. Sweden tap water is allegedly so safe they hardly sell bottled water, Finland is the happiest country on earth, and Iceland is among the safest. I’m not saying it should be ranked higher than a seven because certain socialist nations in the past, namely the USSR (has socialist in its name) was not a place of high living standards compared to many others at its time

Socialism is conceptually the best ideology. It is quite simple to implement and some countries are quite close to it. Socialism does not prohibit private property, just wealthier are taxed more. Scandinavian countries are quite close to achieving that and they have quite the high living standards.
