yeh not much is known about the celtic pagan beliefs, although a lot of the surviving celtic pagan practices do find their way into wicca today along with some germanic and norse paganism

As a Deist I wouldn't call it a religion, it's just a philosophical outlook. We believe the universe was intelligently organized by something, without making claims about nature of such being or entity. Deistic ,,god" is really just an ambiguous idea of an architect that doesn't intervene within the universe, we have no rituals to honor this being, no universal code of conduct to follow, no holy scriptures and reject all supposed instances of miracles. Many Deists also do not believe in afterlife. So, this is hardly a religion, just an abstract idea of an intelligent entity that created the universe.

It should be noted that Egyptian, Greek, and Norse pagan faiths have modern revivals known as Kemetism, Hellenism, and Heathenry respectively. It should also be noted, as a person who follows Heathenry (the Norse revived faith), that Valhalla is not the afterlife itself. It is a place within the afterlife specifically for the war dead. The Heathen afterlife is called Hel, and it is seen as a neutral place with neither punishment nor reward. :)

im curious, in your research did you not come across the fact that Greek paganism, Norse Paganism and Egyptian Paganism have modern day followers? Hellenists, (like me), Asatru/heathenism, (norse pagans), and Kemetism (egptian paganism) all survive into the modern day, so your use of the pass tense is disheartening when you used the present tense for all the other religions.
Norse Pagan here.
Ásatrú itself doffers from Norse Paganism, as does Heathenism. Heathenism is the combination of of all Germanic gods (extremely simplified, but oh well), so Anglo-Saxon, Norse, Germanic, etc.
Norse Paganism centers around the Norse Gods, wherase Ásatrú centers around them in a much stricter fashion.

It would be more accurate to use the other names of these religions such as Hellenism for Greek and Kemetism for Egyptian. ✌️

Once, we had an event where everyone could explain thier religion and some of thier teachings/ideals.
Most of my classmates were either atheist or christian so basically I was the only one with an interesting religion: shinto
Even though there were like 7 REALLY religious (and kinda bias) christians, I managed to explain my faith in a way that 2 of them come up to me and asked if they can earn salvation in shinto if they start beliving in it (Im not sure if they were interested in becoming shintoist or just asked out of curiosity), than I explained that there isn't really such thing as salvation and they can bend to it's ideals while beliving whatever they want, they won't burn in some kind of hell if they belive otherwise (wich is a thing I don't get about christianity: Why is that ONLY christians can go to thier heaven? Isn't it a bit "racist" in a way? no offense if you're a beliver)
Christianity(as a Christian) emphasizes that we are all determined and slaves to sin. Because of this, we can’t be in the presence of God when we die, just as shadows can’t be in the presence of light (heaven is God’s domain, a place of goodness and wealth. We also believe in divine simplicity in that God can’t be divided into parts, meaning he is goodness itself, justice itself, etc). The only way for a human to be saved is to become a flawless human, but that is impossible, so out of mercy God became man, and died in the place of us, so that our sins are paid for if the lord wishes to have mercy(there is a sense in which he must give justice, but also a sense in which he wants to give mercy). This is just my view as a Calvinist though, there are plenty of other views, like in Orthodoxy, both heaven and hell are just different ways of experiencing God(one is where you don’t want to let go of your life, so it feels like hell, while the other is that you except death so it feels like heaven). Out of all the religions, Christianity emphasizes the evils of humanity the most, which is probably why a lot of people not raised in it might find it strange.

I love studying religions from the polytheistic religion, the Romans Greeks ancient Africans and even the Native Americans worshipped to even the ancient Celtic religion in the ancient world across the globe. Just hearing them gets me all giddy and joyful. I can’t express how much I love cultures and religions. Might I add I am kemetic and I am not afraid to say how proud I am to be one. There are a number of Norse afterlives, all depending on how you lived and died. Valhalla in Asgard is where warriors who died honorably on the battle field, Sessrumnir in Vaniheim where people died honorably protecting their property or families, Helheim (some depictions say its part of Niflheim and others depict it as it's own thing) where people who didn't die in battle went (it wasn't a horrible place like Christian hell, but more of another version of earth where folk could carry on their life like nothing happened), and Nastrond underneath Yiggdrasil where the real scum of the earth go where their corpses will be devoured by Nidhogg.

Ommeism is a polytheistic religion based on nature and natural history. Some of the main gods are Ma’heai na (mother nature) goddess of plants Quatica - goddess of water, annikmakai - goddess of animals, grazzer - god of the ground, faei’hoy (fate) god of the universe.
Ommeists stick to the seven omens of ommeism
Connection with nature - connection with nature is connection with the gods
Respect - everyone is a brother or sister treat and think of them as such
Devotion - one must not worship any god that isn’t omenic (just to clarify worship isn’t required in ommeism just as long as you believe the gods exist)
Prayer - also helps connect with the gods
Meditation- more important for religious leaders. The gods will grant a religious leader with a vision of the past during sleep/ meditation
Forgiveness - also mostly for the religious leaders. They must forgive one’s sin but can only forgive sins once (unless the sin was an accident)
Refusal of alcohol - consumption of alcohol is one of the highest sins against the gods, as you can probably tell since it is an omen

As a Nordic Pagan myself, I knew that Norse and Celtic Paganism was still worshiped quite a lot, didn't know about Greek or Egyptian Paganism till later on though.
