Another favorite of my wife’s haha we used to make dumplings with my family on every family gatherings when I was young too but they stopped doing that for some reason. Great video and recipe!
Love dumplings 😍 Never had with kimchi thought. Thanks for little story. You so excited to eat 🤣 so funny. True mum knows the best 👌🏼 Thanks Kwon this was fun to watch
No problem! Thank you so much for watching! I'm so glad to hear that it was fun to watch! In Korea, kimchi dumpling is one of the most popular dumplings. lol Koreans eat everything with kimchi ^ ^
What is the recipe for the dipping sauce? I would really love recipes for mandu dipping sauces. I make wonton dumplings often (For soup) so next time I will try making these instead. Can you do a mandu soup recipe? Recently on the BTS Bon Voyage series that occurred in new zealand, the BTS members made mandu soup with frozen mandu while they were camping. I wonder what kind of mandu they used and maybe you would be able to figure it out. Would like to know how to make that tasty! It would be a good BTS recipe! Oh and also one night while staying in a house, they made a dish that they said reminded them of their mothers, it was just steamed white rice and they added a fried egg on it with soy sauce and sesame oil and you mix it all up. Suga said that his mom always adds lots of butter or margarine with it too. I tried it and it is delicious! Have you had that dish?
In Bon Voyage series 4 in new zealand they cooked a lot of things but the rice recipe I am talking about is in the 8th episode. Here is the link! www.dailymotion.com/video/x7q7aho
I watched episode 8th and I can make episode about soy sauce rice and noodle they made. But in the episode I didn't see any mandu. Is it on different episode? can you please send me link?
I tried soy sauce rice but I never added butter. I'm super curious. By the way. I think you can find the dipping sauce on my other mandu recipe, but here is ratio soy sauce(2) + rice vinegar(1) + spicy pepper flakes(as much as you want).
@@KwonsCorner H! In an earlier episode when they are camping, Suga (Min Yoongi) makes curry, mandu soup, and grilled meat! They seem simple enough and it would be great if you were able to recreate them and make them even better! Here is the link to that episode. It has English subtitles, maybe in Korea you can find a version that doesn't so the print doesn't block the video. www.dailymotion.com/video/x7plee5
@@KwonsCorner OMG I found out that a site called Hello Nature in korea was a sponsor of this season of Bon Voyage and actually wrote out the recipes that BTS made in the series!! But it is in Korean! What a great series this would make (plus help us English speakers by translating!!!!) event.hellonature.net/bonvoyage.html
