    Cinnamon water/ lemon water
    Bf -oats smoothie/ oatmeal
    Lunch- moong dal chilla / black chana kabab salad.
    Eve- tea +makhana/green tea
    Night - soup+grilled paneer.
    Bedtime drink-
    Ajwain or jeera water chamomile tea
