How to make coffee contracts without PSS (EN)

Hummingbird Coffee has been importing green coffee microlots from LOHAS Beans to Russia without any pre-shipment samples since 2019. Normally roasters buy coffees based on samples only. However, we have developed a relationship which allows to work without PSS. How is that possible?
