    Love efficient training! A few of my faves when traveling for work with limited equipment or at home:
    Hill “Sprints” or Strides, Pull-ups, Push-ups
    Pull-ups, Push-ups, Walking Lunges
    Bent Over 2-Arm DB Row, DB Press (Standing or Incline), Walking Lunges or DB Squats
    Simply climbing hotel stairs
