Progesterone is important for men's health, affecting testosterone levels, brain function, muscle mass, and prostate health. Low progesterone can be addressed by supporting cholesterol production, using cofactors like magnesium and zinc, and managing stress, insulin, and inflammation.

I have PTSD, and have been in flight/flight for decades, with hypertension. Several months ago I started 25 mg of progesterone nightly (mixed with vitamin E on the gums). I found I was able to sleep better, and felt a little calmer during the day. I went up to 50 mg nightly, and not only can I sleep through the night, but my BP dropped to the point I was able to stop metoprolol after decades on it. Progesterone, along with TRT (only 100mg/week) have been a game-changer for me.

You need to try a little bit of magnesium. Maybe 100-200mg per day. That will calm you down in a hurry. It is the electrolyte that creates relaxation

    Progesterone in Men:
    1. Roles:
    - Precursor to testosterone, helps maintain hormone balance.
    - Protects the brain, reduces inflammation, promotes brain cell growth, and has antidepressant effects.
    - Prevents prostate enlargement and abnormal breast tissue growth.
    2. Causes of Decline:
    - Lack of cholesterol (due to statins), stress, refined carbs/sugar, alcohol, harmful chemicals, and chronic inflammation.
    3. Natural Ways to Boost:
    - Increase cholesterol intake from liver, sardines, and fatty meats.
    - Supplement with magnesium, zinc, vitamin B3, vitamin D, and protein from red meat.
    - Perform HIIT workouts, avoid overtraining, and manage stress effectively.
Progesterone helps balance hormones and supports overall health in men.

Years ago I was diagnosed low(18) vitamin D. I was prescribed 50,000 iu’s vit D. I started to get headaches & some muscle/joints aches after awhile which wasn’t at all normal for me. After researching I found out that vit d uses magnesium & can deplete it. I would err on the side of caution & take it. Vit D needs magnesium. Generally people are deficient in it anyways. I take it before bedtime & it helps with sleep, so it’s a win win. If I feel too groggy the next day I reduce the dose slightly until I feel optimal. I’m still working on taking the recommended other cofactor k2. I get some heart palps and nervousness after taking it for a few days. I’ve tried diff doses and different forms. Liquid drops of k2 that I can manage at a low dose seems to be my best choice so far.

I suffered from irritable mood and low energy cycles, good when I had had my jab, but draining as the 7 weeks went on (like constant PMT)
I was recommended BORON (3mg tablet, once a day), which has got me off the testosterone jabs and restored my mood and energy levels

It's antifungal, among other things, and will get rid of the smell that's being caused from fungus due to damp feet. I don't know if it'll help with the sweating, but at least they won't stink, lol. Good luck!

It was because the lack of a certain enzyme. However, my cholesterol was turning into a little too much testosterone, which was annoying to me. I had the testosterone of the average 30 year old woman when I was 55. I don't know what it should be post menopause. I hope it helps my bones. Then a few weeks ago my legs went red was rushed to hospital and kept in for a week (i checked out against advice). Blood tests said magnesium was low and theyve put me on vials of 10m 'pidolat' twice a day for 3 months and four other medicines. Should i stop taking the glycinate?
Results back from one biopsy says psoriasis, awaiting another and awaiting scanner next week.

My wife was taking a cream to get pregnant. Didn't work. She had to take clomed twice for both our kids. I think birth control may have caused my wife issues. We didn't try for kids until our 30s. I always wondered if the cream had any affect on me. Because it was a cream.

How about a video on the effects of nicotine. Like nicotine patches or pouches to stop chewing tobacco, smoking.

So you would say it is unproblematic to sublement more than 10000 international units vitamin d
I heard 10000 is the maximum the body can produce naturally.
But chat gpt says 30 Minutes in the sun can give you 20000 international units
