I’ve had the channel lock set for years and years. They are great. No issues with any of them. Got into knipex the last few years and love them as well.
10:30.. I've had my Irwin adjustable wrenches for many years (~8)... and really like them. . They've been the best adjustable type wrenches I've ever had... it's hard to find an adjustable wrench that work as intended without the usual adjustable wrench issues that can arise.... they've been good for me... all of the pliers sets you've shown are all decent options imo..... thanks BIG T 🏁 Also.. You're right I never tighten anything with pliers I use them to pull, hold, or cut....never actually tightening...
Great little video Tony thanks. Funny thing I use my large tekton adjustable wrench this morning for the first time in over a year. Changing the feed lines that had been painted to a hot water heater Correct size open-end wrench would not fit due to the paint so had to go to the adjustable Good news! It worked and I did not get hurt. Back in the drawer for another year or so
Hello again Tony Thank you for another Great Video 👍 My personal pliers are mostly old school Craftsman and Vampliers. Although I am looking for another pair of side cutters. As I have to cut cotter keys and safety wire.
Thank you. Very nice. Can go wrong with those. I almost added a set of vampliers to the list but it's not often people are buying a 4 pc set or larger. I'll keep an eye out for a quality set of some cutters on sale again
I like all of these, I'm not taking any sides, for 11" long nose pliers, knipex are awesome but it's more of a precision finesse tool. A great deal on 8" long nose pliers that are tough with the best warranty is DeWalt, they feel great! As well as the lineman pliers. Don't knock them they were $70.00 for the set and you can get them all now in a 4pc set for around $30 on the black and yellow
The cobra design may suit well for automotive, but for plumbing Channellock have always been superior. If you put a cobra design on a larger nut you are going to mar the snot out of it. I agree though, they do have their place.
These gearwrench pliers and cutters are soft as baby crap .. I really wanted them to be good they look amazing.. but guys just buy some kliens or channellocks but once cry once.. even knipix but I'm learning more and more most German/ Japan tools have no warranty unless the person you buy it from will go good for it..

I'm getting the icon slip joint when they come out.

Hahaha very nice. Glad it came in handy though 👍
If I had to pick one brand of pliers for the money I would go with the channel locks Americanmade with a decent price
Agreed
Love me some Amazon and their tools as far as deals go and the sets they have to offer as far as price is concerned.

👍👍👍
I really like the Knipex pliers.
Same here!
Are the arrows on the Gearwrench marking the best spot to cut for the most leverage? That's the only thing I could think it would possibly be labeling
comfort grip all day
Knipex for the win
👍👍👍
Good video. How about a video on air tools the more I use cordless the more I like air tools, no battery recharging, lighter weight and more power.
I gotta find your selection on ring pliers
Snap ring pliers?
Yes, snap ring
I'll keep my eye out for deals but here is a decent cheaper set
amzn.to/3YxJadI
Mid-priced set amzn.to/3YtNomj
And a much nicer set amzn.to/3HFS4Ps
