this was a great instructional video, people always do the physical build but never explain how to update bios, then install windows, then update windows, then install drivers and then finally applications wanting to be used or played. or itll be a seperate video that like no one watches. you did leave out a lot of info part to part but you did get the main point and main explanation across. with the AIO you did mount it incorrect, if youre not mounting it as an exhaust on the top, yes you can indeed mount it on the front or side panel, but the tubes should be on the bottom. as the pump circulates new water the hoses over time degrade and will evaporate some water, it creates air bubbles, if the tubes are at the bottom the air bubbles sit at the top of the radiator and will never be circulated to the pump, with the tubes at the top the air will sit in the tubes and will be pulled into the pump and will ruin the pump. yes it does take awhile for this to happen, but an AIO should be fine for 5 ish years, or until you upgrade your cpu, which is 4-6 years for most people

Great video, watched cause I was board. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of support for the GPU because modern ones are so much heavier that the sag is breaking the PCB.

Disabling the Secure Boot and turning on CSM almost bricked my new build. I had to short a set of pins and reset the motherboard to default and NOT do that step. Smooth sailing afterwards. Maybe I'm just an idiot but something about that step made it so my pc wouldn't boot
Correct me if I’m wrong, but if the exhaust fans are on the radiator, would that not mean that the cpu isn’t getting cooled as much since hot air is going through the radiator instead of cool air? I thought the fans on the radiator cool it down by sucking/pushing cool air through.
Its not that straight forward as there are different opinions … It still cools by removing heat coming from the radiator and gets it out immediately … but usually it is recommended to use the radiator as intake fans. Some just say that this way the heat from the radiators is pushed/pulled straight into the inside of the PC where you do not want hot air. But thats removed by the exhaust fans.
what are you talking about, CSM is required disabled for windows 11, its compatibility for legacy and you don't need that if you have a brand new computer parts and windows 11, also secure boot is required, you need it enabled
building a pc looks easy. the hardest part would probably checking out if each parts are compatible w/ each other or making everything efficient? is there a site where this can be done? like a parts compatibility checklist?
I just got a 2400$ pc arriving cant wait to build it. Ive watched so many videos i can build it with my eyes closed 😂. And im still watching on other models and cases to see other peoples methods.
@jacobhoover4393 it was extremely easy. I did watch about 10 pc building videos just to not make mistakes. Updating the bios was the scariest part. (It's not required, btw). Make sure if you get a strong gpu that you get a powerful psu. Otherwise, you might not have enough pcie connectors.
quick tip: when following a well setup tutorial like this, follow it to the tee. its really easy to screw up your first time and either ruin the system or a cause for you to restart
Nope … horrible recommendation … never do that … always work flexibly according to the situation at home! Restart? Why? You simply check the steps you have already done!
This is the only thing I don’t have to game on at this point so I’ve saved and downloaded this video for when I finally have the money to buy more hardware lol
Its a building tutorial! No need to see it beyond windows installation … you need an additional license to do this … you are aware of this … whilst completely useless for the purpose of the clip!
Its straight forward … in simple words … you have a limited number of fan and RGB ports on the motherboard … hence you must link up your fans and RGB in the PC so the number of fan and RGB ports on the motherboard fit. Eg … linking up 10 case fans to 1 or 2 case fan ports … or 15 RGB devices to 1 or 2 RGB ports.
I started building computers when I was 8 (I'm 40 now). It's good to know not much has changed aside from technology. I recommended this video to someone looking to get her kid a gaming PC with the insistence that she instead help her child build one. This video is invaluable, as will be the impact it'll have on her kid's life. Great work!
Im on my first build. 1 question i have regaring the radiator is; does it matter if i mount with the pipes at the top or the bottom of the case if im front mounting the radiator?
I'm building my future PC that can handle gaming at 1140p at up to 170hz, but also do some editing and multitasking. Right now, I'm looking at the CPU: Intel i7 13700kf -- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900xt. Any thoughts are appreciated!
Building it is intimidating, as a mechanic I figure if I can build a car I can build my pc, but man I'm scared lol it's the abbreviations on the motherboard. Still. 2 weeks away from the last couple parts and it either works or I'm taking it to the nerds😂

Thanks for the video❤
tysm for this guide!
Love this! Thank you!
Just for some information they sell a $14.99 screwdriver kit at micro center that will have all the bits you need
Im more interested in the guitars on the wall.
i think the most important thing i learned is dont get a form factor that puts the radiator and memory modules next to each other
Cool video
really need to start building my pc
Building my first pc tomorrow wish me luck guys 🤞🏽
building a pc looks easy. the hardest part would probably checking out if each parts are compatible w/ each other or making everything efficient? is there a site where this can be done? like a parts compatibility checklist?
Newegg is great just used it to decide on my parts
UP ! want to know also
pcpartpicker will check compatibility but not if the ram or gpu will fit in the case
I just got a 2400$ pc arriving cant wait to build it. Ive watched so many videos i can build it with my eyes closed 😂. And im still watching on other models and cases to see other peoples methods.
@Terminator- You're right. I was just happy to be able to build such a beast of a pc for the first time. Happy New Year.
@@GForceIntelThat’s awesome dude, how did the building process go? I’ll be doing the same soon
@@GForceIntelI care friend. Am buying parts for a pc in the summer after saving up
Guy above cared enough to leave a comment
quick tip: when following a well setup tutorial like this, follow it to the tee. its really easy to screw up your first time and either ruin the system or a cause for you to restart
Nope … horrible recommendation … never do that … always work flexibly according to the situation at home! Restart? Why? You simply check the steps you have already done!
Like a console+ tv + how to record gameplay, editing & uploading stuff
This is the only thing I don’t have to game on at this point so I’ve saved and downloaded this video for when I finally have the money to buy more hardware lol
Great video. Kinda disappointed we don't get to see the finished build turned on at any point
Its a building tutorial! No need to see it beyond windows installation … you need an additional license to do this … you are aware of this … whilst completely useless for the purpose of the clip!
The fans bit confused me
Same
Its straight forward … in simple words … you have a limited number of fan and RGB ports on the motherboard … hence you must link up your fans and RGB in the PC so the number of fan and RGB ports on the motherboard fit.
Great work!
You're like the Geordie IT version of Max Fosh!
Don't move the camera away from what you're doing when plugging in cables. Those are the best shots my G
Watching this so I can learn to build my first pc when I have money
All tech yourubers reccomend ltt screwdrivers as its the default option
Im on my first build. 1 question i have regaring the radiator is;
does it matter if i mount with the pipes at the top or the bottom of the case if im front mounting the radiator?
How much would the overall cost with everything that you used? Thanks
I'm building my future PC that can handle gaming at 1140p at up to 170hz, but also do some editing and multitasking. Right now, I'm looking at the CPU: Intel i7 13700kf -- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900xt. Any thoughts are appreciated!
I don’t understand a single thing in the video or comments but I got all my parts and need to build this
Is the product list you have on Amazon ($900 pc/7 items listed) the same build on this video ?
Building it is intimidating, as a mechanic I figure if I can build a car I can build my pc, but man I'm scared lol it's the abbreviations on the motherboard. Still. 2 weeks away from the last couple parts and it either works or I'm taking it to the nerds😂
It took me around 7 hours, fired right up. One of the best, and actually easy project I've ever done.
@@I_amTurokthis takes 7 hours nah you must just be slow
@@jordanmarazzi good one bum
Boutta try this
It went well
Just finished my pc and this helped a lot tho i am still troubleshooting the installation process of windows 11
What’s the issue? I’d love to help if possible
Oh um it was the motherboard
Ok so parts list is
• Case
• Motherboard
• CPU
• Ram sticks
• Power supply
• Storage
• Graphics card/Gpu
• Intake Fans
• Exhaust Fans
• CPU Cooler
Did I miss anything or mess up anywhere??
What type of case he got?
Can you do this with a $250 build please for budget people
(please)
Unfortunately theres no way you can have a custom build pc (unless you buy it second hand, in that case it would probably be really low quality)
Good video providing some knowledge but also upload a video of how to build a gaming setup for beginners & what necessary equipments are required
step 1 : be rich
Work harder
Dont be twelve and have no money
tbh ima start savin' for a xbox series s which is like 300$ and is new gen you can find a pc for 300 that runs 2k 120 fps@@Dimo-exe
@@BlamYT As a Xbox Series S user, i have never found a game that actually plays on 2k 120fps, its probably some mobile game port shit
Btw, you can find some decent 200$-300$ build using optiplex or other pre built 50$-85$ used pc, it seems to be worth it
@@BlamYT you do you it's still gonna be bad
Good video
