The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is an American media franchise and shared universe centered on a series of superhero films produced by Marvel Studios. The films are based on characters that appear in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The franchise also includes television series, short films, digital series, and literature. The shared universe, much like the original Marvel Universe in comic books, was established by crossing over common plot elements, settings, cast, and characters.
Marvel Studios releases its films in groups called "Phases", with the first three phases collectively known as "The Infinity Saga" and the following three phases as "The Multiverse Saga". The first MCU film, Iron Man (2008), began Phase One, which culminated in the 2012 crossover film The Avengers. Phase Two began with Iron Man 3 (2013) and concluded with Ant-Man (2015). Phase Three began with Captain America: Civil War (2016) and concluded with Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019). Phase Four began with Black Widow (2021) and concluded with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022). Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023) began Phase Five, which will end with Thunderbolts (2025), and Phase Six will begin with The Fantastic Four (2025). Phase Six and "The Multiverse Saga" will conclude with Avengers 5 (2026) and Avengers: Secret Wars (2027).
Marvel Television expanded the universe to network television with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC in 2013 before further expanding to streaming television on Netflix and Hulu and to cable television on Freeform. They also produced the digital series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Slingshot. Marvel Studios began producing their own television series for streaming on Disney+, starting with WandaVision in 2021 as the beginning of Phase Four. They also expanded to television specials in Phase Four, known as Marvel Studios Special Presentations, the first of which was Werewolf by Night (2022). The MCU also includes tie-in comics published by Marvel Comics, a series of direct-to-video short films called Marvel One-Shots, and viral marketing campaigns for the films featuring the faux news programs WHIH Newsfront and The Daily Bugle.
The franchise has been commercially successful, becoming one of the highest-grossing media franchises of all time, and generally received positive reviews. It has inspired other film and television studios to attempt similar shared universes and has also inspired several themed attractions, an art exhibit, television specials, literary material, multiple tie-in video games, and commercials.

I like the Red and Black suit (yes I’m calling it that because it’s not the Upgraded suit; it’s not an upgrade from the Stark suit at all) for it paying homage to Ditko in Amazing Fantasy #15. Also, I do like how this suit isn’t too technologically advanced, unlike the Stark suit when it’s at its full capabilities. It’s about as technologically advanced as the Insomniac Spider-Man suits. Of course there have been irritating fanboys who misrepresent and misconstrue MCU Spider-Man, so they’ve criticized this suit for how it’s made like an Iron Man suit, and they say that Peter didn’t make it. Firstly, Peter did make it, or at the very least he crafted it. Technology can’t create something without the creator at the helm putting in the programming. Secondly, Peter doesn’t have any money or resources of his own to create a classic-looking Spider-Man suit, so this direction is realistic, unlike Tobey Maguire going from the Human Spider suit to the Webbed suit. I know that the New Red and Blue suit was made by Peter without any advanced technology, but I don’t think he made it completely from scratch, like with the eye pieces. At the very least, he had his previous suits and all the experience he had with them as reference when creating the final suit. Finally, Peter made the Red and Black suit during a time of crisis. Did you honestly expect him to have enough time to make a new suit from scratch without any technology, while Mysterio was creating chaos? No, he needs to confront the danger as fast as possible, otherwise he won’t save lives.

My favorite detail in any MCU suit, even if minor, is the black accents on Spider-Man's early suit. It's small but gives the suit something to stand out against other variations of the classic Spidey suit.
I flat out just dislike the suit i tried to like it and I couldnt the random black lines on the pants dont help

I really dislike the black lines on the homecoming suit. They break the design for me and feel unnecessary. I accept them on the upgrade suit because they are not as obvious and are blended into the black and red design better.
TBH the black accents on the homecoming suit were never enough to ruin it for me though I will admit they were kind of unnecessary.
I liked the black lines because they were a good indicator of the integrated tech in the suit, it was fitting for the type of suit it was. It was unnecessary for when they tried to put it on other suits.

Yes, but James Gunn also said that he was just in such a rush to save Rocket that he forgot (Starlord, that is).
And if we want to he more specific, James got rid of the mask sometime during Vol. 2 and then suddenly it was back in Infinity War and Endgame, so James just basically ignored that.
But Starlord also forgot his rocket boots, so I'm just gonna go with the forgetful mind answer.
MCU Thor before the cape in Infinity War is pretty much a faithful adaptation of the Ultimate Thor suit (just with him having a shorter hair instead of the longer hair). Also, the suit in Ragnarok isn’t the same one as the 2016 and Infinity War to NWH suit since the logo isn’t present in those
I actually prefer Daredevils starter suit over his actual suits its just so clean and sleek. The netflix suit is still better than the updated suit despite me liking the shade of red they used. Deadpools more comic accurate suit in his new movie is so much better in comparision

Actually pup, the doctor strange suit has more than yellow gloves. In the first movie it was just a bunch of blue cloaks with some white almost painted on to look like his classic logo. In Ragnarok his logo is actually stitched into his outfit.
Still love the suitcase suit of Iron Man 2. The red and silver just hit just right, and it looked realistic too!

One detail I never noticed is that Dr. Strange's costume in Ragnarok is quite a bit different than the standard costume seen directly before and after (more than just the gloves). The tunic is a totally different design, with much more intricate pleats that form around the cross design (which is much more blade-like). In the original, there are only verticals pleats and the cross is basically overlayed and is less ostentatious. The belt is much more colorful and has some extra loops hanging over his hip. The arm wraps are also much more colorful

I came into this video expecting to disagree with every suit on this list, but I was taken back and amazed with all of your picks. As each number got closer and closer to number one, I was expecting a suit to finally disagree on but your picks just kept getting better and better. You reminded me of the perfect designs from the early mcu like the original war machine suit and sold me on the no way home suit being number one. Almost if not all of your picks would’ve easily also been on my list too. Great video 👍
When you were talking about the War Machine suits, I'm surprised you didn't bash the MK2 because that is the worst one in my opinion. It's too slim, it's colors are rather plain and it doesn't have a lot of weapons.

Matt had the black suit in season 1 of the show, as well, BUT he didn't have the ropes on his hands. However, I do REALLY like the regular Daredevil suit. Actually, I like every version we've got. The Defenders Netflix suit, the yellow She-Hulk suit, the darker blood red Echo suit, and the brighter suit in Born Again (though we'll see how it looks with proper lighting and everything when the show is finished).
Edit: You mentioned the original black suit in season 1, but I disagree about your preference for the black suit.

15: Guardians of the Galaxy (Vol. 3) Couldn’t agree more, just wish Star-lord wore his helmet.
14: Hulk (AoU) Has stretchy purple u-ps in place of the torn purple pants all other green-skinned scientists have in Marvel.
13: Ant-Man (Ant-Man) Like the more homemade/lived-in look.
12: Wasp (AM Qm) The black and yellow look perfect together.
11: Black Widow (CW) Same as the Winter Soldier suit, but with her beautiful curled hair.
10: Black Panther (CW) Only thing it needs is the subtle panther nose in the mask the later model had.
9: Ms. Marvel (tM) Brings that more homemade feel while still looking the part.
8: Captain Marvel (CM) Only thing missing would be the sash.
7: Scarlet Witch, (SW) Couldn’t agree more.
6: Thor (LaT Viking Suit) Looks like the Norse god/warrior he’s supposed to be.
5: Captain America (WS) Couldn’t agree more
4: Falcon (FaWS) Takes the white-and-red comic suit and makes it look like a practical flight-suit.
3: Spider-Man (NWH) Classic Spidey with the additional textures of the FFH suit, just hope it’ll stay.
2: War Machine MK-1, Perfect militaristic Iron suit.
1: Iron Man MK-6, First suit I saw, coolest weapons, longest use, even think the triangle ARC looks better.

Can someone please explain to me if daredevil knows what the colours of his black shirt are? Coz im sure he can ask others around him what colour this is but how would he know if those colours are the right shades and mix well? Like what if it was a different shade of black? Does he have to ask people to help him pick out colours that match??? Genuine question (I have not watched the show and im not even a proper daredevil fan)
In the comics Daredevil can sense colors due to his enhanced sense of touch, which is how he is able to make any of his costumes be the colors that they are without any help. While I don't remember if they ever say that Daredevil can do that in the show I do think that it would make sense he can do the same thing.

15: Hulk’s Ragnarok Sakarr armor (kinda wish Hulk could’ve looked this cool in other movies)
14: Doctor Strange’s MoM suit (I don’t know, I just like it more than his other ones)
13: Moon Knight’s suit (wasn’t sure about it at first but it grew on me, definitely a fan of the Egyptian style)
12: Captain Marvel’s 1st main suit (probably would’ve said her suit in The Marvels if they just broke up the blue more often on that thing, there’s way too little red on that)
11: Wanda’s Scarlet Witch suit (WandaVision) (now if only we’ve could’ve seen it more)
10: War Machine’s MK 1 (I swear, seeing Rhodey in this very comic accurate suit standing alongside Tony in the MK 6, as someone who watched the 90’s cartoon a lot when I was younger (when I wasn’t watching Armored Adventures), seeing these two looking even somewhat similar to that felt so good)
9: Thor’s Infinity War suit (the movie already gave us peak Thor, the suit felt like the cherry on top)
8: Falcon’s Captain America suit (seriously, why are we getting a new one in Brave New World, this suit was very comic accurate, and like the suit in the comics, really felt like Captain America but still Sam’s own suit, the new one feels too much like a Steve Rogers suit to me)
7: Daredevil’s Season 2 suit (give it the double D emblem and that is a perfect Daredevil suit in my eyes)
6: Wolverine’s suit (only took 24 years but thank god we’re about to see this and ooohooo boy, it’s gonna be good)

2: Spider-Man’s Upgraded suit (Final Swing suit is close behind but this is just beautiful, I’ve even said before it used to be my favorite Spider-Man suit of all time before Spider-Man 2 came out and gave me the Advanced suit 2.0)

For the Mcu Spidey suits my favorite are the Nwh Classic suit, The Upgraded Ffh suit as insomniac put it(looks so much better in spiderman 2 now that peter's frame isnt so bulky) the Red and Gold nanotech nwh suits(prefer it in the movie alone) and thats it I dont like the homecoming suits and the iron spider suit is okay colorwise

10. she-hulk suit: when the CGI was half way decent it was a pretty good suit the white on the sides accentuates her physique and they actually had the sneakers which is a plus in my book they where rally cooking when they made this thing
9. Hawkeye (Clint Barton) suit from the TV series Hawkeye: there the suit actually has purple was that so hard but in all seriousness this is a pretty good looking suit hand the Pièce de résistance finally giving him the symbol on the chest my only problem with the suit is the legs a petty boring to look at but besides that this a very good looking suit shame we'll probably never see it again
8. Moon Knight suit: damn this suit looked so clean I the mommy wrappings where an inspired choice and the white glowing eyes really gave him and aethereal felling hope we get to see this suit and this character again
7. Black Panther civil war suit: how can you go wrong with this thing the shining necklace the texturing that look like tribal paint and it's actually looks sturdy unlike some other black panther suits i can mention *cough* *cough* movie suit *cough* one of the MCU's best work
6. Scarlet Witch Wandavision suit: seeing this thing for the first time was a site to behold it was having the Tiara was something i thought they would never do in a million years but there it was in full force and the rest of the suit wasn't bad ither rally good design
5. captain America age of Ultron suit: the moment i saw this thing for the first time i thought to myself "this is a real beauty i hope they don't throw it away" it had really nice colors and it was a good mid way point between the more old fashioned captain America suits we had seen in the MCU and something more modern people rarely talk about this suit and it bugs me
4. Ms. Marvel suit: me slowly learning more about this character has mad me appreciate this suit more every day the textures a very breathable and comfortable the detail they added to the mask were a nice touch and the fact that the suit was given to her by her mom was just so wholesome to bad they throw it all way for something busier and uglier
The top three are the crème de la crème of superhero costume translation from comic to screen while still being it's own thing it was so hard to pick but her goes
3. Ant-Man suit from the movie Ant-Man: This suit is a perfect translation of the ant-man suit from comic to screen i was in awe seeing this thing ant-man has worn a number of suits in the comics and this suit combines all of theme into something that is just instantly recognizable as ant-man the helmet the red on the chest and it looks like something a a person traversing through the world at microscopic size would where
2. Thor suit from the movie Thor : DAMN is what i thought then seeing this thing for the first time back in the early 2000s it wasn't easy getting characters to look exactly like they would in the comics I mean just look at the X-Men and sure the MCU had already done a pretty good job translating Iron man but how would you get thor a Norse god with a goofy looking winged helmet to work in live action i don't know how but they found way the scale armor was so beautiful to look at the circles on the chest that light up were just so gorgeously translated i could go on and on about this suit but i think you get the point
1. Spider-Man Suit from Spider-Man far from home: I like this mor than the final swing suit come SUE ME the feelings i get then i see this thing i can't put in to words but i can sure try this is the first suit peter made my himself and it is a god send compared to the homecoming suit "which i love too don't get me wrong" the black while being a call back to the early Steve Ditko comics made the red pop a lot more the white on the spider symbol helped pronounce a lot and the fingerless glove look just work

I'm one of those people who actually likes Captain America's suit in the first Avengers movie, but if I had to pick another favorite then I would have preferred it if they just kept him wearing the First Avenger or Smithsonian suits for the entire rest of the Infinity Saga, though maybe modified to have the Avengers logo branded on the sides when he's leading the team.
It's also nice to see that I'm not alone as far as being irked by things like the avoidance of brighter colors or the stripes not going all the way down with the suits they actually had him wearing after Winter Soldier.
