One outfit that's grown on me is The Vulture's from Homecoming. It's got a scavenged look to it, but also has a sleekness. And having the furry collar and green lit eyes gives it a bit of unique flair. It's just a shame we never got a more campy comic book version in a Spider-man 4 with either John Malkovitch or Ben Kingsley in the role.
I think Thanos' intimidation factor was increased by his casual demeanor alongside the attire. He didn't armour up because he didn't consider the Avengers to be a threat. Even immediately before Thor decapitates him, his attitude is, "Go ahead. Come at me. I got what I wanted. Half the population is gone. I've already won."
High Evolutionary’s suit is a bit underwhelming because a maroon color would’ve worked slightly better. However, still a cool design (especially when they did the reveal in the last time we saw him)
My top 23 favourite MCU villain suits: 1. Iron Monger (Iron Man) 2. Whiplash 1. ver. (Iron Man 2) 3. Loki (Thor) 4. Red Skull (Captain America The First Avenger) 5. Kang The Conqueror (Ant Man and The Wasp Quantumania) 23. The High Evolutionary (Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3)
one thing i can say about Yellowjacket from the Ant-Man movies is that it indeed looks more menacing, given its intended role as an extremely destructive military suit as opposed to the Ant-Man suit's more communication/ scientific testing and exploration function. but the biggest takeaway i got from it was that they took those gaudy airscoop shoulderpads from the old 60s comics design, and reimagined them as articulated thruster units as part of a jetpack, though you can barely make them out because your eyes are immediately drawn to those MASSIVE robotic insect legs that shoot laser beams!! trustme, they're still there. thank god the What If episode gave us a redo that ditched the robot arms and made the thruster pods more pronounced, but if only crazy Hank would keep his damn helmet on instead of constantly taking it off!! if only they ALL would...
I can’t decide which video I liked more, Heroes or Villains. Either way I love your rankings. If I had to pick my top 15 villain designs: 15: Kingpin (Daredevil) Ripped right out of the comics! 14: Zemo (FaWS) Couldn’t agree more! 13: Hela: Couldn’t agree more! 12: Kang the Conquerer (AMWQ) Ripped right out of the comics! 11: Ronin the Accuser (GotG) Couldn’t agree more! 10: Whiplash MK2: Only thing that could make it better is his ponytail. 9: Mandarin (Iron Man/Ben Kingsley) Ripped right out of the comics! 8: Electro (NWH Final Battle) Couldn’t agree more! 7: Iron Monger: Couldn’t agree more! 6: Loki (Thor) Over the top yet regal, like Loki should be. 5: Mysterio (FFH) Couldn’t agree more 4: Green Goblin (NWH Aunt Killer) Torn purple hood + Raimi suit = 95% Perfection, only thing missing is the satchel from the final battle. 3: Yellow Jacket: Took the outfit from the comics and made it terrifying! Even though it’s more “Black Jacket” 😁 2: Thanos (Infinity War) Couldn’t agree more! 1: Vulture (Homecoming) Takes elements from both 616 and 1610 and makes the perfect blend.
Honestly, while it was short lived, Kang's suit is probably my favorite villain look. I even bought the Marvel Legend and Funko Pop because I was so excited. It still hurts how Marvel has this great character is just throwing him away. 🤦♂️
I thought Whiplash’s Monaco Look was pretty sick. A simple armour frame that is Scaled back yet undeniably whiplash with those electric whips he throws around. Definitely a cool design. But No Way Homes costumes for both electro and green goblin were a stroke of genius, some of the best villain designs I’ve seen for the superhero genre.
Now you do you with the Green Goblin’s 2002 mask, but I always thought it was a stupid idea in the first place, and I’m glad they got rid of it. The Green Goblin is like Marvel’s Joker, and one of the reasons for that is the scary, smiley face. Sam Raimi just didn’t get what made the Green Goblin’s design so iconic. Thus, he made a memorable, intimidating Power Rangers villain design. But it’s a bad Green Goblin design because of the mask not allowing Willem Dafoe to be scary with his facial expressions.
Sam Raimi did get that Norman is meant to be wearing a mask if he doesn't want people knowing he's the Green Goblin, and they literally tried to capture the essence of that scary, smiley goblin face right there. In the design of the mask. Ditching it in No Way Home is only justified because he's in a different universe that he's been said to not exist in, so therefore the only mask he'd need to put on for people is that of acting innocent. Even Norman smashing the mask in the alley plays out as being symbolic of his act of desperation to run from his Goblin persona, with only the people who really hate his 2002 design that much being able to interpret the scene as any kind of a "Take that!" to that design. Basically for me No Way Home was still able to validate the changes they wanted to make to his design through story reasons, but I have to say I side with Channel Pup in that I never had any problem with Raimi's original design.
@@nicksorenson940 Some make-up or a plastered mask (like Robin Williams for Mrs. Doubtfire) to make Norman Osborn unrecognizable would’ve been way better, instead of them completely covering up Willem Dafoe’s face with a helmet mask.

My favorite Suits are Green Goblin in spiderman 1, Doc ock, Mysterio it is easily the best spiderman villain suit, and the Lizard in nwh( while i still like the dino look the upgrade was better) Electro tasm 2 (im taking the blue meanie over nwh because he was Jamie fox and not matt dillion the entire time)
I'm expecting RDJ's suit as DR. Doom to be one of the BEST. Make it very comics-accurate and it will be one of the best. Extremely terrible is Agatha Harkness' suit in Wandavision. It's nothing like her comics outfit and it's horrible.

Here when the title was best superhero mcu suits
I feel like people sleep on Yellowjacket's suit a lot. It's fcking awesome, especially when he gets out of that pool in the first movie
Thanos' suit was basically a glorified wife beater with sweatpants and gardening boots. So regal yet so casual

I remember everyone thought 2002 Goblin's design looked like a Power Ranger lol

Looking at some of the concept art for Mysterio, I'm so happy with the design they chose

“Open your heart”
But his is evil and mine is not
My ranking would probably be
15 - Thanos (Avengers/GoTG)
14 - Iron Monger
13 - Zemo (FATWS)
12 - Hela
11 - Whiplash
10 - Electro (NWH)
9 - Scarlet Witch (MoM)
8 - Green Goblin (NWH)
7 - Leapfrog
6 - Yellowjacket
5 - Kang
4 - John Walker Captain America (FATWS)
3 - Vulture
2 - Classic Loki
1 - Mysterio
The What If? Ultron-Vision is just awesome
I think he should've been saved for a future Avengers movie.
Heck, his episode "What if Ultron Won" could've been a movie.

They weren't allowed to use the Raimi mask for goblin in the MCU, well, more than they did anyways
😮 didn't expect this

No love for Batroc the Leaper?
Uh oh. I’m in the universe where everything’s backwards and these are superheroes.
Not anymore.
1:25 bro why💀
MCU should hire league of legends designers.
Ultron isn't wearing a suit
