Stop using biotique .. it doesn't mention nearly half of its ingredients.. ! Go for sulfate n paraban free shampoo...try finding one. My suggestion would be mamaearth . I'm jus gonna use it bcaz it's sulfate n paraban free... I've not known the results yet.but don't lean on biotique

For few ppl, oiling the hair will increase the hair fall.. if you have dis prbm, avoid applying oil on the scalp and try conditioning using curd after shampooing

For both Men and Women I had dandruff problem and it used itch a lot. I also had a hair fall. But I got it control. Now I have a thick shiny black hair. Here are few tips which I use to my hair: Don't use Hot water ever. Always from today to rest of your life use only LUKE WARM WATER for your hair. For your body you can do whatever you want but for hair use only LUKE WARM WATER. Even if you apply Castord oil use only LUKE WARM WATER. Okay, so lets start. 1. Comb very often. Comb your entire scalp with wide tooth comb first. once done then style your hair as you wish. This will remove dandruff as much as possible and also it will stop the itching. Combing is part of the good hair care. Always keep a comb with you. 2. Don't scratch your scalp with your fingernails. Instead use your finger tips and don't do it for more than 2 seconds or 3 seconds. It will damage your scalp. If it starts itching too much go take a bath if you can't take a bath like you are in public or something start combing. Combing is better than scratching in public. 3. Take hot oil massage twice a weak. Leave it for just 30 mins to 45 mins max. Do it atleast once a week if you are too busy. Do it on Sunday or something. 4. Try curd conditioning. Procedure is available online. 5. When you apply oil leave it for a night or if its in the morning leave it for 1 hour or max 2 hour. 6. Always keep your scalp clean. Don't leave it greasy and don't leave it unwashed more than a day. Do it daily or every alternate day until you dandruff is gone. 7. Shampoo and condition every alternate day or everyday based on your hair type (watch the video again). 8. Give same preference to your scalp as you give to your hair. Yes they are two different things and person who knows that will have great hair. 9. When you apply shampoo don't just wash your hair but leave the shampoo to settle down on your scalp for 2 mins or until it starts itching (As the days go your the itching will go down. well that's what I noticed. I don't know how it works for others) so that it nourishes your scalp. 10. Condition 3 times a week or 4 max. I use Loreal Professional Serie Expert Shampoo and Conditioner. 11. If Nothing above works opt for Saloon treatment or Spa. I prefer treatment but it depends on you. It will be little costly but it will work. It will cost you around 500 to 800 per session and you may have to take 5 to 6 sessions. Price also varies based on salons. 12. Eat egg, Nuts so on. Basically eat enough protein for nourishment of your hair and body. 13. Not to offend anybody but this is for all the guys and for some women. Try to control the hand stuff as much as possible (If you know what i mean). I can't explain it here but there are lot of videos about that online. Basically it got to do with your harmones and some shit which will increase hair loss. Watch it, you will understand. That's all :) It may not help everybody because of different hair type and nurturing style. But it will work on lot of you guys. Thanks:))

The diy hair oil which i use is I take methi and kalonji powder 2tbsp each..mix it with carrier oil..i prefer mustard oil /coconut oil depending on the weather..keep it in hot sun for good 1 week...and den use it...It has really helped me for hair growth since i have pcos and thyroid which led to bald patches..and for shampoo wat i did is take fresh hibiscus flowers and leaves grind it into paste and den apply on your hair..u wont require any other shampoo or conditioner..it will do its job..If you load ur hair with chemicals its definitely not going to help..better start with natural remedies
use sesame oil add mustard oil into it and add some castor oil (optional) and heat it up using double boiler method trust me works wonderss i always use twice a week massage it nicely and live it on for 1-2 hour and especially use luke warm water to wash it out this is amazing trick/method.

Biotique is the worst shampoo.switch your shampoo to something like paraben and sulphates free. I'd recommend khadi or mamaearth.

Suggest something to stop hair fall
For both Men and Women
I had dandruff problem and it used itch a lot. I also had a hair fall. But I got it control. Now I have a thick shiny black hair. Here are few tips which I use to my hair:
Don't use Hot water ever. Always from today to rest of your life use only LUKE WARM WATER for your hair. For your body you can do whatever you want but for hair use only LUKE WARM WATER. Even if you apply Castord oil use only LUKE WARM WATER.
Okay, so lets start.
1. Comb very often. Comb your entire scalp with wide tooth comb first. once done then style your hair as you wish. This will remove dandruff as much as possible and also it will stop the itching.
Combing is part of the good hair care. Always keep a comb with you.
2. Don't scratch your scalp with your fingernails. Instead use your finger tips and don't do it for more than 2 seconds or 3 seconds. It will damage your scalp. If it starts itching too much go take a bath if you can't take a bath like you are in public or something start combing. Combing is better than scratching in public.
3. Take hot oil massage twice a weak. Leave it for just 30 mins to 45 mins max. Do it atleast once a week if you are too busy. Do it on Sunday or something.
4. Try curd conditioning. Procedure is available online.
5. When you apply oil leave it for a night or if its in the morning leave it for 1 hour or max 2 hour.
6. Always keep your scalp clean.
Don't leave it greasy and don't leave it unwashed more than a day. Do it daily or every alternate day until you dandruff is gone.
7. Shampoo and condition every alternate day or everyday based on your hair type (watch the video again).
8. Give same preference to your scalp as you give to your hair. Yes they are two different things and person who knows that will have great hair.
9. When you apply shampoo don't just wash your hair but leave the shampoo to settle down on your scalp for 2 mins or until it starts itching (As the days go your the itching will go down. well that's what I noticed. I don't know how it works for others) so that it nourishes your scalp.
10. Condition 3 times a week or 4 max.
I use Loreal Professional Serie Expert Shampoo and Conditioner.
11. If Nothing above works opt for Saloon treatment or Spa. I prefer treatment but it depends on you. It will be little costly but it will work. It will cost you around 500 to 800 per session and you may have to take 5 to 6 sessions.
Price also varies based on salons.
12. Eat egg, Nuts so on. Basically eat enough protein for nourishment of your hair and body.
13. Not to offend anybody but this is for all the guys and for some women. Try to control the hand stuff as much as possible (If you know what i mean). I can't explain it here but there are lot of videos about that online. Basically it got to do with your harmones and some shit which will increase hair loss. Watch it, you will understand.
That's all :)
It may not help everybody because of different hair type and nurturing style. But it will work on lot of you guys.

When I was child i had dense hairs not very densed but compered to know what i have i would call it dense.
In childhood my mother used to put oil in my scalp. But from class 6th I guess I rarely put oil in hairs. It was class 9th i remember my hairs started becoming less dense. Back then I didn't put oil and keep shampooing whenever i like doing it. That too directly into my scalp without even mixing some water in shampoo.
It was class 11th/12th that I had flack itchy white dandruff scalp very much since then my hairs became very less and less. And now at the age of 21 my scalp is visible .
I have noticed that there is a noticiable gap between my two hair focil everywhere in scalp.
And now I am experiencing hair falling and very itching sometimes in my scalp and i can't resist it.
Please anyone who had passed through same problem now has cured tell me the cure and please suggest some good doctors. Is this genetics or some other problem ? What test should I go for ? If there is any for such thing.

The diy hair oil which i use is I take methi and kalonji powder 2tbsp each..mix it with carrier oil..i prefer mustard oil /coconut oil depending on the weather..keep it in hot sun for good 1 week...and den use it...It has really helped me for hair growth since i have pcos and thyroid which led to bald patches..and for shampoo wat i did is take fresh hibiscus flowers and leaves grind it into paste and den apply on your hair..u wont require any other shampoo or conditioner..it will do its job..If you load ur hair with chemicals its definitely not going to help..better start with natural remedies
use sesame oil add mustard oil into it and add some castor oil (optional) and heat it up using double boiler method trust me works wonderss i always use twice a week massage it nicely and live it on for 1-2 hour and especially use luke warm water to wash it out this is amazing trick/method.
Wash your hair with lukewarm water daily to remove excess hair oil. Use vitamin E rich oil or coconut oil for hair. Use climbazole based shampoo.
