I love this type of backyard science. What i do miss is that you massage the other eyebrow without oil to confirm its not the massaging because tbh massaging could realisticly do half to all of the work as it stimulates blood flow
You'd think that for sure, but I've had insane results from delicately rubbing on lashes for two weeks, way more than brows. My lash growth is off the charts, brows I really can't objectively tell.
Your eyebrows look 100% better thicker, not even exaggerating it enhances your face so much!! They were very patchy before you grew them in and the tails were almost invisible.
I did something similar as a teen to grow mine. I mixed castor oil, vitamin e oil, and grape seed oil. Then I took a spoolie and brushed the oil through my brows every night and it worked wonders! In my 20s now and they are no longer thin even though I haven't used this oil formula in years.
My browd are thick, but I did something similar for my lashes when I was 17-18. I just applied castor oil every night on my lashes(it's messy, cover your pillow) for a few months. I don't get how, but they grew and remained long 20 years later.
@nehemiasg.a6573 Yes, all oils mixed in the container. If you use this formula (the one I just listed), only use it on your brows. For your lashes, only use a castor oil that is safe for your eyes; believe it or not, there are some that aren't safe for your eyes. Be careful and good luck!
Also I love the thicker more natural brow look. If you had asked me before the video, I would have said that the way you shape them looks fine, but by the end, the natural look is so good!
If anything it's the massaging that encourages blood flow and hair growth. You look so good in full eyebrows. It even makes you look younger (that's why we fill in our eyebrows)
I love little experiments like this! I’ve been wearing my brows with no tails for a few years (i was enjoying a straighter shape) and I think it’s time to grow them back in.
I find the thicker/natural eyebrows make you seem more youthful and effortless! And the more defined eyebrows are elegant and sophisticated I personally waver between very defined and very outgrown brows depending on the season and mood lol I can never settle on one shape or size for them 😅
First time viewer here 👋 Thanks so much for this awesome video. I overplucked my eyebrows when I was in high school and they have never been the same. I am definitely going to try this technique and see if I have any positive growth. I think your eyebrows look terrific both in the shaped and thinner way but they also look awesome full and natural as well 🎉
I think they look better fuller, still groomed but more natural and less 'hard'. As an older woman, must give it a try. I have used it in the past but as you say, consistency is key!
Castor oil is my favourite lash&brow product, I've been using it since I was like 12, and the result is really visible, especially now, when I am using it several times a week. The main change in my brows - they became longer😂 And it also helps me to have longer lashes than ever, and I can say that it's because of a castor oil as I don't use anything else. Tried different brands, all work well, the main point is to apply it regularly
Also I just use a cotton swab to apply, makes the process sooo mush easier and more accurate. Didn't try to wear it overnight, just a couple of hours in the evening before I wash my face is enough
Back when I was in HS all my eyelashes fell off after using this waterproof dollar store mascara 😭 Took a break from that and used olive + castor oil on my lashes for a month and they grew back longer than they were before (and mind you, I’ve naturally already had long lashes to begin with. I didn’t think they could be longer!) It definitely works but you have to be very consistent. My mom used it on her brows and they grew in pretty thick also.
Hi Isabella , I would recommend buying another castor oil from H & B , the brand is called Fushi and their oil is excellent ,it’s organic, cold pressed ,hexane free AND it’s in a brown glass bottle .Castor oil is very potent and will leech all the nasties from plastic and it spoils very quickly in a clear tub ❤
Thicker is absolutely GORGEOUS... Take it from a reformed waxer and then threader. You need to enjoy the beautiful thickness bc now in my 40's they will not grow back😢. I no longer touch them except to put castor oil every night. I feel it helps to keep what I have left. So love your gorgeous thick brows
I use Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Been using for a couple years. And my hairline sometimes overnite. It’s works! My eyebrows have never been so thick and filled in. And I’m over 60. Use Q-Tips and put drops on it to spread. You won’t ever have too much or dripping. Dont ever rub in or pull your skin.
I see a definite result. I prefer the shaped brow as the fuller brows tend to crowd your eyes a bit, sort of cast shadow. I think shaped brows make your eyes look brighter. But this is good to know since I'm older and my brows are just vanishing into thin air. Don't know if it will work for mine but I'm going to try it. Thanks! 👍
The thick eyebrows are amazing! I personally love very neat ones, so if they grow a bit more and maybe laminate them?Just a thought. A combination of what you have now and what you had before, it would suit you very well.
I add a few drops of facial oil into my night moisturiser every night and massage over face and brows/lashes. It grew in a brow tail i never had before (ever!!) and also lengthened my lashes. Takes consistency bit worth it!
I’m so glad you kept going! The oiled eyebrow came out thicker even though you rubbed out a few hairs in the beginning. I think I’ll try this bc mine are getting a little sparse.
Mmm I think if it's like asking if I prefer apples or oranges ...love both just very different! I think the thinner more shaped brows suit your face really well, the fuller are very cute/youthful
I agree, my left eyebrow has gone sparse and with a gap in the middle. Been using a pencil to fill in.. Every night for about the past six weeks I have just wiped a bit of Castor on both eyebrows before bed.. I have tiny stubbly bits already.. Going to try eyelashes!!
Thanks for sharing the experiment. I'm using it at the moment on both lashes and brows, so I'd be interested in seeing the lash one, too :) I like fuller, more natural brows for myself. But on you I think your previous look was better, which surprised me because I rarely like those kinds of eyebrows. Of course, only your opinion matters :)
wow you were really dedicated. Thanks for sharing. Rubbing my eyebrows that much would make them fall out. 😕 Your natural eyebrows without tweezing are really nice looking. I think either way looks great.
Im using castor oil on brows and lashes. When i stoped I realized they more sparse because they fell off. Castor oil prevented them from falling out. Thats why they look thicker. My lashes got a bit darker but not much longer. They are just more dense.
I like them fuller, it adds character to your face plus you look more girlish somehow (but you are beautiful both ways of course). From a personal experience, I am in my fourties and started using castor oil on my eyebrows and needed to start plucking again and had gotten away without for a few years. So I am totally convinced it works. The problem now is that I have one snd one totally grey hair. I dont know if I should just pluck them out or not. I dont like to put dy in my brows as they are already naturally darker than my hair ... If anyone has advice I would be grateful.
I need to try this. In my younger days I had insanely gorgeous, thick but nicely shaped brows. They have of course thinned down with age (no I did not overpluck them! not eve close) and I miss them quite a bit. Can't hurt to try this, right? I'd also like to try it on my eyelashes.
I like the thicker look. When you are young and constantly tweezing it seems hard to keep up with the unbound growth. But be careful because it will eventually slow WAY down with age and sometimes there isn’t much left! So keeping it thicker will give you some brow insurance for the future.
I‘ve used castor oil on my eyebrows for about 4 years now. I always had quite a lot eyebrow hair but it helped thicken the hair sooo much! It’s also way longer :) Though I would be careful with castor oil on your lashes… It can clog your pores result in a stye. (At least that’s what happened twice to me!)
Appreciate the lack of music , way calmer
The thicker brows are GORGEOUS
I think your brows look prettier when they are thicker.
I love this type of backyard science. What i do miss is that you massage the other eyebrow without oil to confirm its not the massaging because tbh massaging could realisticly do half to all of the work as it stimulates blood flow
Yeah, I thought about this thing too!
Oh true!
Way to spot that variable 😊
You'd think that for sure, but I've had insane results from delicately rubbing on lashes for two weeks, way more than brows. My lash growth is off the charts, brows I really can't objectively tell.

So much credit to you for hanging in there for two months without removing your hair! I don’t have that level self control😂❤
Your eyebrows look 100% better thicker, not even exaggerating it enhances your face so much!! They were very patchy before you grew them in and the tails were almost invisible.

Everything mixed in the container?

@nehemiasg.a6573 yeah, just throw it all in there in equal portions and mix.
@@danaso2567 Weird, but cool.

I need the eyelashes version!
Many put this On the eyelashes and swear it makes him thicker
Personally love the full brows😍 but the only opinion that matters is your own! Whichever makes you feel more comfortable/beautiful!
Your eyebrows look so amazing now!! You look younger! Fuller eyebrows are always amazing. I love castor oil too!
I love the fuller brow look!
I love scientist Isabella.
Also I love the thicker more natural brow look. If you had asked me before the video, I would have said that the way you shape them looks fine, but by the end, the natural look is so good!
YEESSS the experiment with the lashes is all i need!!
Your eyebrows are so gooooodddddd , you should absolutely leave them like that girrrll
If anything it's the massaging that encourages blood flow and hair growth. You look so good in full eyebrows. It even makes you look younger (that's why we fill in our eyebrows)

I LOVE the thicker more natural brows!
I used an organic, non-smelling version of Castor oil....great product. Your natural look is so attractive!
This was such a fun experiment to watch, you look great with full or thin eyebrows!
The eyebrows look amazing all fluffy and grown out! Gorgeous!
Congrats on this experiment!
Your brows look great naturally and they suit you.
Lucky you
I find the thicker/natural eyebrows make you seem more youthful and effortless! And the more defined eyebrows are elegant and sophisticated
I personally waver between very defined and very outgrown brows depending on the season and mood lol I can never settle on one shape or size for them 😅
I'd love to see this with eyelashes! I want to buy some but I want to know if it actually works. Great video! ❤

Great experiment and you look so pretty with the thicker eyebrows! I am eager to watch one on eyelashes when you post as part two!

Your eyebrows look fab both ways!
nice video!! please also do this for your lashes, im really curious if that will work
Tysm for the true real video of day by day brow hair growth 😊

Your natural eyebrows are beautiful. No need to pluck them. 😊

They definitely look thicker than before and MUCH prettier! Bravo!
Yes I like the fuller eye brows. Mine never grew back after years of plucking ☹️ and I’d love to see one eye lash side test
GROWN OUT LOOK SO MUCH BETTER ON YOU ❤❤❤❤
Definitely way better with full eyebrows! ❤
Natural, thick, and a little filling in looks good on you!!
I love your new thick beautiful eyebrows!! 😊
They look great! And yes the caster eye looks good
I really like the beginning of the video, good job star✨
I LOVE grown out brows on you! Your grown out brows reminded me of Lily Rose Depp’s eyebrows !
I like both ways but the fuller look is my favorite. This was very helpful since I’ve lost half my brow thickness 🙏
I see a definite result. I prefer the shaped brow as the fuller brows tend to crowd your eyes a bit, sort of cast shadow. I think shaped brows make your eyes look brighter. I use almond oil and it’s been helping my eyebrows grow back

Your natural brows are much cuter and express your personality more! I'm 56 and I've only plucked my brows 5 or 6 times. I love em
I’m so glad you kept going! The oiled eyebrow came out thicker even though you rubbed out a few hairs in the beginning. I think I’ll try this bc mine are getting a little sparse.

I love your fuller, natural brows. ❤️

any results yet? :)
It's slightly darker too!! Also helps with the appearance of fullness
Keep them, it looks so youthful!!
Hmm, wonder if this will work for me. I’m 51 and would love to have my thick 80’s eyebrows back. I may give this a try!
Go for it, it works😎

I like them fuller. I think you could try using an eyebrow pencil to draw lines where it is sparse so it imitates the hair and looks more natural.
Love the thicker eyebrows😍
wow you were really dedicated. Thanks for sharing. Rubbing my eyebrows that much would make them fall out. 😕 Your natural eyebrows without tweezing are really nice looking. I think either way looks great.

I think they look best fuller but without the color added (brow color). I think the oil did work. Though it takes commitment.
I love the thicker brows! I've always preferred more natural looks.
