Yes, it could use 100 lbs on the back. The blades are dull. $80 to buy new?? I'm still looking. Reverse is excruciatingly slow and makes me want to snap off the stick. I have new bearings for the front wheels. That's on my to-do list.

Yes, Take the deck off and stand it up. Not in this video--I put a bigger heavier rear bumper on, it adds weight to the back and its 100% more stable standing. Now You can trace the cables to adjust the stretched cables. Then don't strong arm the joystick again. To gain foreword speed You will sacrifice reverse speed. On mine reverse is excruciatingly slow. Its due for another adjustment..
