Take a Chicago Dog, with that heap of ingredients, remove the wiener and replace it with a Chicago Corn Roll Tamale, then cover the whole mess with chili, and what have you got? A Mother-in-Law!
(If only you could fix your spouse's mom by burying her in comfort food!)
The south side Marquette Park neighborhood brings us this belly buster! It was once even on the radar (and in the belly) of the late, great Anthony Bourdain!
Unfortunately, the sample we have here is NOT representative of the classic Mother-in-Law because ...well, watch the episode!
