- Beerus is the God of Destruction from Universe 7 in Dragon Ball Super and is regarded as a candidate for being one of the strongest Hakaishins. However, what if he were to face off against a character so similar, yet so opposite of Goku Black, minus the inadequacy as he managed to kill gods through raw power, rather than from killing off the Kaioshins like Black.
Gorr the God Butcher is certainly one of the strongest characters in the Marvel Universe as he defeated thousands of gods and even some with power beyond the normal scope of the Skyfathers! The abilities of regeneration, armor/blade making, and spawning minions helped him overcome Thor on several occasions, and 3 of them at a time! So, who would be victorious in the end? Find out as I go over feats, scaling, and everything in between to see who would win!

To go further in depth;
Gorr also has the ability to create bladed weapons and regenerate, which are quite neat and would come in handy in the battle. Now, regarding the whole
"inaccessible speed" deal, I honestly had some Mandela effect and thought I had seen Goku & Trunks moving in the void, but even so, it's quite likely they would be able to through scaling. Even in Dragon Ball Z, we have seen characters toy with timespace like Gotenks and Super Buu by affecting dimensions through raw power alone. In the anime, Super Buuhan was going to collapse dimensions with his vice shout to destroy the living universe. Buu's shield was intended to protect him from the destruction itself, yet Vegito punched through it. If Beerus and Goku while extremely suppressed were going to wipe out the timespace and they got progressively more powerful, and we know that time-based abilities & speed can be countered and are clearly connected to raw power, then Beerus should be highly capable of being able to move and fight in a timeless void.
Also, I do know that the hakai and the hakai energy are two different techniques, but they both do the same thing of manipulating and wiping out souls, so it doesn't matter.
Regarding the second Goku Black VS Gorr battle, I'd use Xenoverse/Heroes scaling for Goku Black to see if he would win. Please let me know if you'd like me to make it! Also, the World of Void in Dragon Ball is clearly not a timeless void because they literally mention there is a time limit.

Awesome video, but I’m a little confused about the part with Beerus’ Hakai.
You mention that Goku and Vegeta were able to counter the technique through their raw power alone. As we know, they are technically mortals.
What’s confusing me is that you brought up Gorr’s physiology, but he’s also a mortal, just like Goku and Vegeta. I don’t quite understand how that’s different.
Since he’s more powerful and durable than Beerus, shouldn’t the Hakai technique not even work on him? Or is it because he’s from the Marvel universe and even if he were to power up, it wouldn’t change anything because their laws of physics are different?
And when you say the Hakai can be countered through “raw power,” is that literal energy, like ki, and not physical strength? If you or anyone else can help clarify this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Chuck I think you're forgetting I remember it mentioned at one point in that story that killing so many gods actually turned Gorr into a god. I remember thor actually speaking with the sword and convincing it to leave gorr since gorr became what he hated.

So, bare minimum inaccessible &, via Hermès scaling, infinite speed feats. Tartarus, a Primordial being that’s infinite in size, was threatened by other Primordial entities that created the cosmology. They themselves were later surpassed by the Titans, Olympians, then Kratos. In GOW 2018, the Valkyries could travel through realms with different time-spaces by sheer speed, which is irrelevant speeds since they’re dimension hopping.

A Jade Rabbit I mean I suppose but by that logic really any character on Berrus or jirens scale given that boost would also be able to do that. I know all of these fights are as pure as speculation gets but taking into account multipliers for characters that don’t exist seems iffy.
Saiyans are powerful too, it’s just a different form of power, Jiren has a strong base while Saiyans have a weaker base with forms to make up for it.
It was implied that Toppo hadn't fully mastered the hakai, so we don't know if the version the other gods of destruction use is more effective. if the one toppo uses is incomplete then the same one that Sidra gave his minion would also be a weaker version by comparison, so Beerus's hakai could possibly still effect stronger beings to an extent.

He created a God bomb which was intended to go detonate and cause ripples through all realities and multiverse and timelines, killing/erasing every god ever... but regular beings would be left alone. So life would still go on, just without the gods who were barely even there for the mortals in the first place. Gorr lost and suffered so much for a long time and lost hope that the were even any gods to pray to. But then he saw with his own eyes that they were real and felt the power they possessed for himself. This made him snap. God's were real. Gods were powerful beyond belief. And gods were selfish for not using this power to help the better the lives of all those who suffer.
That and the fact that the sword is super crazy and powerful af. It led him to more and more gods as it had an unquenchable thirst for god blood.
But yeah you should read good story if you get a chance. Artwork and writing is great. It may also turn you into a big thor fan.

If you’re referring to null, the original owner of the necrosword, that might make sense fir that one specific god he killed but even before that I’m pretty sure they were being asses that didn’t do anything for gorrs world.

Chuck, Zeno did not wipe out the entire timeline, even though Goku said that he did, that is just what he thought. Zeno wiped out the Zamasua faces that were controlling part of the timeline, that is why they were able to go back in time. When they did go back in time they found out that Zeno was still there and that it was a prettier place and there were no more Zamasuas left in that dimension.

What's this low- mid range multi universal buster level on Beerus. (What is "low-mid multiuniversal"? That is too vague.)
A suppressed Beerus fighting Champa were going to destroy universe 6 and 7.
The fact Beerus was legit using about 1% of his power on SSG Goku, and you even told us Goku absorbed SSG into his base.
Goku in base form by that logic could destroy at least half a universe if not more now as SSG and Beerus were going to destroy the universe. That times his SSJ, SSJ2, SSJ3, SSG again, SSGB, and even Kaioken, or SSB Mastered in the manga.
IN WHICH WAS smacked down by Beerus against Vegeta SSB Mastered without sweating, telling him to his face at that rate it would take him hundreds of years to be near his level.
To USE your OWN scaling along with Seth's, Beerus is much much more than just multi universal level.
To better scale Beerus, you should of scaled him to Goku and Vegeta in which we do know their power.
I would debate, especially since he confirmed the strongest GoD, Beerus is a 4D character. Suppressed Jiren was not affected by time, and incomplete UI was shaking an infinite void.
It would be head cannon, but I believe all of us that watch Dragonball intensely would agree Beerus should be stronger than incomplete UI in all introductions, besides maybe its final introduction against Jiren, as he got stronger each time receiving it. (Anime)

If you could scale Beerus to those standards and call him 4D, then the debate would be quick and simple. Unless you believe he is 3D then scale him the other way.

I would say its safe to say, Gorr is not 4D but has insane power at a 3D scale. Unless anyone can give me feats, in which I would be totally open for as I just don't know the character very well.
The most you can debate is Future Thor who is "supposedly stronger than Odin" should be 4D as Odin may have 4D feats. But I'm not sure if he does. 4D feats from Odin would be hard to measure as uses Magic, and Marvel loves those characters messing anything they can and use the excuse they have it.
Either way, I love you Chuck, but I feel like you could scaled better.
Low multiversal can range from two to a thousand times universal, while mid multiversal can be 1001 - infinite times universal.

Odin is a VERY magical type guy. Not all raw power.
Thor being stronger or equal to Odin could be fighting experience and raw power. I dont think anyone can match his magical powers.
Him putting out a fire from the world tree does not prove any raw power.
Knowing Marvel, Scarlet Witch could do the same if they did it.

How do you know Mephisto and Galactus were going to destroy those other dimensions and not just the living universe of the dimension they were in?
Yes, Goku moved in the void. He literally floated to where Zeno was. A feat that as I see it would prove Beerus has immesurable speed is by using Goku's feat of moving in Hit's time skip, which is even more impressive than moving in stopped time. Also, trillions of times FTL is an extreme lowball since their hits reached the Kai realm almost instantly, and that has been calced to be at least quintillions of times FTL and that's Beerus using way less than 1% of his power.
The Thor feat in which he traveled in time I think is REALLY unfair to use, because that has more to do with how the physics in that marvel universe worked WHEN THE COMIC WAS DRAWN. It worked in a way that if he moved his hammer twice the speed of light he would time travel. That's literally saiyan saga level.
But the thing I mostly don't understand is, how can Goku Black apparently be able to damage Gorr, a characters that's apparently so much stronger and faster than Beerus himself? I'm definetly not seeing that. Gorr would be suppressed the whole time vs Black? I don't even see Black being able to adapt from Rosé level to freaking BEERUS level (that should be equal or below Omen 3 Goku himself, who was way more powerful than 110 Jiren who was already stronger than Infinite Zamasu, a better version of Black). Every time Black adapted was vs someone who was somewhat relative to him, making the power-up not ASTRONOMICAL. The biggest power-up he had was after fighting Goku for the first time, but what happened there was that Black was fully able to use Goku's body properly, or use it's full power/potential properly, that's what he implied.
Those are the things that make me scratch my head on this matter, but other than that great analysis!

I kinda always wondered how beerus and champa are brothers when they are from different universes
the thing about time travel and speed and stuff is that its all up to the writer's interpretation.
For example, if any of these characters moved at light speed in the real world then there would be a lot of problems for everyone on earth or anyone in the universe. The conclusion we can draw from this is that Physics isn't the same in the Marvel universe as it is in our own universe. Likewise for dragonball. If characters were throwing punches at the speed of light there would be a whole host of problems for anyone around them. Massive explosions vaporizing everything around them. So we can conclude that Physics isn't the same in the dragonball universe.
My point in all this is that saying "well this guy in this universe time travelled with his speed and this person in the other universe didn't" isn't really relevant since maybe time travel doesn't work like that in the other universe. Its not just a matter of speed but rather the conditions the writers set in place for that feat to occur. This is why we can't say things like "only a stand can hurt another stand" and then say no one can ever hurt star platinum since he is a stand. That statement only works for jojo's universe which has crafted physics for that universe alone. Its also why you can't say Saitama solo's everyone because he isn't meant to lose. That's the reality of his own universe, not the reality outside of it.
The problem with comics (both american and japanese) is that they like to just increase the power level instead of crafting a thought out narrative. Writers don't necessarily think of the implications of physics and science when they make their characters do cool stuff. A character travelling across the universe in 30 minutes? Its cool but what would that actually mean? Then you have that same character throwing punches that you can see aren't really as fast as that previous travelling speed.
Its simply rule of cool.
I'm not saying if gorr could beat beerus since I don't know. I literally know next to nothing about gorr aside from what chuck said in this video. I also understand the importance of calculating feats in order to determine who would win (if character's x can lift 500lbs and character y can lift 600lbs then obviously y is stronger) but when looking at stuff like speed and what not its not really that great of an idea to use what happens because of that speed as a measuring stick. He said that Odin is on Beerus's level because he destroyed galaxies just by fighting, but it was stated that if Beerus and Champa fought, it would destroy universes. He also said that Odin is multiversal because he "nullified" a fire that spread across the world tree. But he didn't nullify it, he just opened a portal and sent the fire somewhere else. Saying that makes Odin multiversal is like saying that Minato is stronger than Kurama because he teleported one of Kurama's tailed beasts bombs away from his village. I know Odin is strong, but he's never shown any feats that would put him above universal +. Meanwhile, Beerus has been shown to be far above SSB Goku, and at this point, Goku is universal + in his base form.

If anything by going off of how ki works in dragon ball it's safe to assume when jiren was trapped in the time cage, he didn't overpower time, he overpowered hit's power which the cage was made of which was trapping him in suspended animation.
