Looks like every this is good except HDD. Check HDD graph in Task manager - HDD utilization agar 100% ho raha hai then time to change the HDD. Check GPU and CPU utilization as well. how to: 1. type "task manager" in start 2. open task manager 3. if you are seeing it in small window and with less details, click on "More Details" 4. Then click on performance TAB on the top of task manager window and monitor the Hardware performance. check the performance in ideal mode as well as in gaming mode.
