I actually think I've seen something interesting in regards to why this might not be correct. Very simple concept actually, what if it's more simple. What if the cramping is more associated with the overall pennation orientation and the shortening of the hamstrings at both joints. For this I would try and find someone where this occurs during a bridge and see if it also occurs during a lying leg curl. I've seen this happen in many of my clients and myself. I believe this may be related to the active shortening at one joint while the shortened position of the other is also part of the movement. I believe I also see this in other smaller muscle groups. If you don't have access to a lying leg curl try an ankle cuff with a functional trainer.
please make a finale in the prions series, they are in fungi. i wanna see if prions in fungi are diffrent than in thier animal cousins (thats right, animals and fungi are cousins!)

But I've never had those cramps they last for days 2 to 4 days
