On my opinion the whole handheld gameplay sounds like a great concept that would generate engagement and allow DSP to actually interact with his audience if he wasn't so salty. Imagine having ~100 viewers telling him what his next move should be and an automated system that chooses one comment at random to determine what to do. You could lead him to traps, secrets, bosses, and such. Of course a lot of it would depend on the game, since linear ones wouldn't fit the concept. This of course wouldn't work with Phil because he'd ignore half the comments, get mad at the first death and start banning everyone who he deem as trolls.

Actually, Atlus contributed directly to Phil's excuse of The detractors will always find something negative to say even if it is not true, in this very video. It was the main reason I stopped watching Doody and if Atlus keeps it up that will be another channel off people's watch lists. Had Atlus any idea of how things worked or actually listened to Phil he'd know he could not see the price referred to because he already bought the content. Price doesn't show up once you own the item. Sucks when you wanna just watch and listen to a crappy man being crapped on for legitimate reasons and people have to make the crappy person look better with stuff like that.

don’t know if it’s been mentioned already but once you buy a game on PS5 it no longer shows you the price when you look it up in the store on that particular console, it replaces the field that normally shows the price tag and lets you buy the game, with the option to download/play it..

The reason he couldn't find the price of Elden Ring on the Playstation store is because he bought it digitally and it'll show as "Download" if you check the game on the store page while logged into an account that bought it.

When you work a job, there is a level of bulls*** you will tolerate that is directly related to your pay. The more you make, the more you will put up with. No matter how much Phil cries about his detractors, the money he scams from his dents is enough that it is worth it to Phil, so he puts up to it. If it really bothered him, he would go do something else, get offline, and it would all go away.

So it's okay for dsp to have a opinion on a videogame but when others have a opinion on a videogame that he doesn't agree with he's quick to bash them and call them mentally ill do you see how hypocritical that is
On my opinion the whole handheld gameplay sounds like a great concept that would generate engagement and allow DSP to actually interact with his audience if he wasn't so salty.
Imagine having ~100 viewers telling him what his next move should be and an automated system that chooses one comment at random to determine what to do. You could lead him to traps, secrets, bosses, and such. Of course a lot of it would depend on the game, since linear ones wouldn't fit the concept.
This of course wouldn't work with Phil because he'd ignore half the comments, get mad at the first death and start banning everyone who he deem as trolls.
I love his gymnastics and details game he plays to justify what he said. He completely dances around why people are calling him out. And his justifications were basically "I talked good about the game for 20 minutes so the 10 minutes I called the developers scammers is irrelevant."
