13:32 another thing to add here. Yes, I am a Rich fan, so I have seen these situations so I can provide context Phil doesn't.
Rich was trying out streaming on both YT and Twitch. He had set up some goals where he would do special streams, like eating bugs or Rocky Mountain oysters (don't ask), or streaming with cat ears or in a bear costume...fun stuff to reward his fans.
He made the goals, and had plans to deliver. Then his daughter got deathly sick, and stuff was put on the back burner. He then made a statement that he would try and still deliver on his promises and, if he didn't by a certain date, he would donate whatever he didn't do to charity.
THAT VERY DAY, on his stream, he had a troll pushing him hard. And he was clearly stressed about his kid, and he lost it. He made the donation, he yelled at ONLY the troll, and went on a tirade, which EVEN TO THIS DAY he admits was wrong.
What Phil did, on the other hand, was he wasn't just saying one time "I need money for bills". He was saying DAILY that he needed tips so he could get groceries, so he could go shopping on his day out, for games, for bills...he was playing that he was living hand to mouth for YEARS. And the ONLY reason he "confessed" was because the Joon documentary was coming and he knew there was going to be irrefutable evidence of what he did, and he thought he had backup from Kino Casino so it wouldn't matter. And even then, he STILL continued his lie by saying he WAS DFTR but he sold the account because he was desperate. Even the Kino crew doesn't believe him. So he's not only not apologetic, he's still trying to downplay just how bad his addiction was.
