My iPhone XS died about 8 months before the iPhone 14 came out, so, I ended up getting an iPhone 13 Pro. If you can't quite afford the latest and greatest, the 13 Pro isn't going to be a disappointment. Not having USB-C isn't a deal breaker for me, either. In fact, I'd rather have the iPhone 13/14 to keep Lightning for another few years. Having experienced too many loose USB-C connections, I'm not rushing to have that connector on a device I need to charge reliably.
Honestly, I feel like the iPhone 13 Pro is the sweet spot for me. I don't really need an always on display, since I never use it. And the Dynamic Island, to me, seems too intrusive during a full screen video compared to the notch, which at least blends into the edge of the screen. Not to mention the phone is already plenty fast for everything I can throw at it. Cameras work great and all in all, I'm quite content with it. Managed to get the 256GB version in near-mint condition for just over $600 on eBay. I see no reason to upgrade anytime soon.

@mark Spurrel, do you know that the main camera of iPhone 13 Pro is not taking pictures when you think that it is taking? iPhone 13 pro main does not activate when you click on 1x on native app, instead telephoto lens take image (at least in my phone and my 3 other friends). That's why you see decrease in sharpness.
I just got the iPhone 13 Pro in the Sierra blue color but I’m used to bigger phones and I’m kinda having a hard time getting used to this small phone.. thinking of sending it back for the pro max
i am a long term iphone 13 pro user, bought two years ago, just updated to iOS 17.2, it has been excellent for me , coincidence my battery health is also 86% after two years of heavy use and i am not going to upgrade unless it's camera and speaker falls out, i won't recommend anyone to buy it now because iphone 15s have so much improvements that it just make sense to buy the new ones with USB C and all other minor but useful features such as 5x lens, satellite connection, Always on Display better cameras, etc.
I had a 13pm it was great I loved the macro mode and unfortunately I had a 128 gb I couldn’t take advantage of pro res even when my health was on 89% battery life was fantastic!!! I currently have a reg 13 as a second phone I got a few months ago the 13 series is legendary
A HUGE reason that the 13 pro beats the 14 and 15 Pro : It has a physical SIM card slot!!! This is why I went back to it, so that I can easily switch between it and my Pixel 8.
I was thinking of buying an iPhone since I like Apple watch and currently have it set up as a family device without an iPhone. I think I will go with 13 Pro as I won't be switching to Apple ecosystem fully in any case
I had iPhone 11 Pro Max which felt was better upgrade to the x series. So for me 12 didn’t seem like a worthy upgrade. Then I upgraded to 13 pm when 14 series came and I have to say I’m very happy.
Hey guys! I need some advice. I'm having second thoughts about getting an iPhone 13 Pro. I'm kinda scared about the display turning green, white or randomly getting lines. Is this still something I should worry about buying second hand? Thanks
I bought it brand new cuz I got mugged and lost my iPhone 6S. It cost us about $1250 just for the 256GB model (better than the 64Gb I had before). But I’m tired of the blue color I have, I want a black one or green one. I dunno why I dislike the sierra blue color but I like green or Black better after 2 years with this phone.
Good and interesting as always. Being Canadian I had to check prices here. On Amazon Canada depending on the condition and amount of storage prices range from $799 to $1195. On a major Canadian reseller using the same parameters the prices rage from $1095 to $1425. This is not an inexpensive refurbished (used) phone. I have never owned an iPhone and doubt I ever will and price new or used is a major part of that decision. BTW just got a 2 year old S21 for a lot less and I am liking it lots.
Of course the iPhone 13 Pro is still worth it to this day. Apple really haven't changed much in like five years with regards to the look and feel of the operating system. They're severely due for a design refresh both from a hardware perspective and from a software refresh. Don't get me wrong, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the way their hardware looks. It's just old feeling at this point.
How about the ios updates? I have read somewhere that the new ios slows the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max and drains the battery faster than normal. Plus the White/Green Screen issue, what can you say about those things? I really want to know because I am deciding whether to go for the iPhone 13 Pro Max or iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I‘m using iPhone 13 Pro Max with the latest iOS updates and I don‘t see any problems with battery drain and overall performance at all. Also never had any display issues. I also don‘t know anybody who had, so I‘m starting to think that those reports have to be vastly exaggerated.
M using the 13pm for 17months its still rocking at 94% with heavy gaming, and if you’re worried about the green tint issue its not worth worrying the issue is isolate and its happening to older iphones too

I just got the iPhone 13 Pro in the Sierra blue color but I’m used to bigger phones and I’m kinda having a hard time getting used to this small phone.. thinking of sending it back for the pro max
i would still pick the 13 pro over the s21 ultra even with the price difference
Should i buy new iPhone 14 or Pre used 13 pro around 90 battery health?
Pre-used 13 pro, no doubt. Much more value
Go for iPhone 14, the chip used on that is beyond 13 Pro Max
i am a long term iphone 13 pro user, bought two years ago, just updated to iOS 17.2, it has been excellent for me , coincidence my battery health is also 86% after two years of heavy use and i am not going to upgrade unless it's camera and speaker falls out, i won't recommend anyone to buy it now because iphone 15s have so much improvements that it just make sense to buy the new ones with USB C and all other minor but useful features such as 5x lens, satellite connection, Always on Display better cameras, etc.
Had plans 2 gt 13pro soon,buh wid dat information,am super excited 😊
Mine's showing 86% as well. Wondering when i should replace the battery. I'll only upgrade when theres a "significant" change..
iPhone 13 at $599 is a great deal even now.
Watching this on my iPhone 13 Pro with 87% battery health.
What do u recommend between ip13pro and ip13 for gaming and daily life usages.
i am planning on getting the iphone 13 pro (used) as my first apple product in nextmonth
It has display issues. But i am also planning to buy this beast.🎉
I use the gold color ❤❤❤
Now that the 16 came out, should i go for the 13pm or 14/15 pro?
I had a 13pm it was great I loved the macro mode and unfortunately I had a 128 gb I couldn’t take advantage of pro res even when my health was on 89% battery life was fantastic!!! I currently have a reg 13 as a second phone I got a few months ago the 13 series is legendary
I’m planning to buy the 13 normal
A HUGE reason that the 13 pro beats the 14 and 15 Pro : It has a physical SIM card slot!!! This is why I went back to it, so that I can easily switch between it and my Pixel 8.
13 pro is good when you have never experienced the green screen effect. Or the white screen. Apple f*cked up
I was thinking of buying an iPhone since I like Apple watch and currently have it set up as a family device without an iPhone. I think I will go with 13 Pro as I won't be switching to Apple ecosystem fully in any case
Should i buy used 13 pro or new 13 im confused
I had iPhone 11 Pro Max which felt was better upgrade to the x series. So for me 12 didn’t seem like a worthy upgrade. Then I upgraded to 13 pm when 14 series came and I have to say I’m very happy.
Sierra blue might be the best color
Watching on an iPhone 13 Pro on the St.Johns ❤
13 pro refurbished for 650 bucks as first iphone ever worth it? What of the battery is about 80-90%?
I have the iPhone 11 and I loved it but I broke it so now I’m thinking about buying the thirteen!
Did I spot a picture from St. John’s Newfoundland, I spotted the courthouses, St. John’s is my hometown
I dunno why I dislike the sierra blue color but I like green or Black better after 2 years with this phone.
bro in your opinion which phone would you rate the highest based on your score
I just bought one yesterday, iPhone's are super expensive in my country
13 pro max in my country has alot of glitches display after update software to the lastest version😢
Is the 13 pro really a good phone is the 120 hz refresh noticeable bc I’m decisive between the 13 pro or 14 plus I need help deciding
What’s better to buy the iPhone 13 Pro max or 14 pro max
Do one video for 13 mini as well. Please.
Any help for those wallpapers.. I couldn’t find them anywhere
Heard the screen randomly goes white, is that true?
Watching on my 13 pro max
@@Perebynisthere are so many 13 pro max user in my country has this issue the the display .
M using the 13pm for 17months its still rocking at 94% with heavy gaming, and if you’re worried about the green tint issue its not worth worrying the issue is isolate and its happening to older iphones too
I’m using sierra blue 13 pro ( not max ) and can’t finish the day with a single charge , health 86% btw.
Watching on my alpine green 13 Pro which I got 2 days ago! 🤩😃
Its still a class phone very fast
I miss my 11 pro max and that slim design
Could you do a tech rewind for the Vivo X70 Pro+ ?
