Just installed it for the first time, and there are no Plugins available, nothing. Anyone know whats going on?
Connect to internet and then click on check for updates.
I did not have anything under avaialble plug-ins, I eventually found you must click the button "Check for Updates" before available plug-ins populates when you first install the software. This was not obvious as a first time user, so maybe this helps someone else.
I have the same problem but I’ve click update and reload plugins. Nothing shows up

So I have no idea why I am unable to open this software. It gives me a missing MSVER100.dll error. I am running on Windows 11, essentially on a fresh install.

@@joseadrianoklein3692 YES! thank you, that fixed it, and it fixed the same issue with Dolphin. I have been googling the issue with no results, glad I commented. :)
Any idea why plug-ins don’t show up? Tried clicking update buttons, reload plugins. Get an xml error .

+Mathew Mabee Mirrors Edge (Steam) was one of the first game I tried to play in 21:9 just 2 months ago. The software didn't seem to help much with it. Just showing pillar boxes. I wasn't able t to find any help about that. Does FW still works with that game (in the latest version avalaible)?

+Mathew Mabee I just checked. That doesn't seem to be running at 21:9, but more like 16:9 streched over the screen.

if this Flawless has fov fixes for Battlefields bad company 2 or Dark Messiah I'd be over the moon
I've been 5 hours into trying to make Shadow of Mordor to ultra wide ; using it, sometimes it's not finding the game's FOV and sometimes it works ; but there are always blackbars (even if I use Cheat Engine) I don't understand why everyone seems to make it work but not me?
Can you show Street Fighter V in 21:9 ?

+WideAsFcuk yeah pretty much. It works out alright because usually my most played games are on my SSD. Then I just switch it over if I have the itch to play games on the HDD.
when I run it it has an error saying: The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. But when I reinstall it it is exactly the same.

this is probs one of the best programs for gaming you can download if only other games like fallout 3 and vegas and oblivion could work on it

Lovely software! are you the developer? works FLAWLESSly on my RE4 UHD. Perhaps you could add another game? i have been searching for fixes for it but none of those i found ever worked. it is another RE game : resident evil revelation 1 & 2 . the FOV there is a killer for example ♥♥♥
installed this hoping it would fix the HUD and unless im doing something wrong it had made no difference. do i need to press anything to get it to work or should it already be working? have searched high and low on the internet for a HUD fix on my 3840x1080 monitor and its seeming impossible. the game looks amazing on everything except the menu and magic screen. literally stopping me from playing.
For whatever reason I cannot get this software to work, Regardless of what settings I use or whether or not I reboot the game in question. I looked at the log and kept seeing c_hacktool failed to load or somthing like that (can't recall exactly). Really sucks as I'd like to be able to increase the fov in GTA V and Watch Dogs. I'm running the program as an admin, I'm using a 1080p 16x9 144hz monitor. I couldn't find any information online regarding this issue so hopefully someone here can shed some light on it. I could use a fov mod for GTA but then everytime it updates I'd need to wait for a scripthook update in order to use it again :/

this little app is so useful and simple! it saved me from looking for FOV mods that you have to install and works great!
the only thing is it can affect menu and font sizes but didn't run into major issues with that :)
Doesnt work. Neither instantly nor if I restart Skyrim, it still cuts out the top and the bottom part.
Didn't work for me in Skyrim because I actually had set my specific monitor resolution in the settings - it worked perfectly with auto-detect so keep that in mind.

I don't know what happened. I'm playing Fable Anniversary. The option for 5120 x 1440 is zoomed in. I downloaded this. It just worked.

At first I thought Flawless Widescreen is helping to boost performance and I was wrong! Now all my games resolution cannot be fix and the framerate drops. Even after uninstalling it, its still has the same issue. Please help!

Does the prgram work for GamePass games? How do I map the path to say the Gamepass version of Fallout 4?
Can anyone tell me re: GTA V what the tick box fixes do as opposed to the sliders? I'm aware that obviously the increased FOV option increases the range of the FOV sliders. But have no idea about the rest. Just wanting to sort out the claustrophobic 1st person FOV that's all I'm after. I've managed to get some settings I'm mostly happy with, just don't know what controls what precisely! Cheers!

Pc is windows 7 64 bit and there is a mscvr100.dll in my system064 but not in system32
Could not find FP_FOVFix injection point, Grand Theft Auto V may have updated to a version that is no longer supported.
Try restarting Grand Theft Auto V or selecting a different version and re-enable the fix.

What about the display detection should i not do anything there. I have just started to play Mass Effect again and it doesnt work for me. I still get the 2 black bars out on the side despite that i can see the game being detected and im getting a lot of info in Flawless widescreen. :(

No i didnt get this to work.. I'm trying to play some old games where it does not work either despite that it is running fine. For example Mass Effect 1 and 2. But in DS 2 it says that my version is not suited for Flawless WS and despite that i reinstall the game i still have 1.02.
Its frustrating that there is a tool i havn't been able to work. I had the same issue with Fallout 4 which i havent played becase of not being able to use my screen fully..

Installed FWS and was met by a completely empty list, zero (0) games under "available plugins". Clicked the "Check for updates"-button (was not mentioned anywhere in any instructions) and a list of 50+ games appeared of which zero (0) are games i own or have any interest in playing ever again.
I'm sure FWS was nice in the dark ages when wide screen was new and exiting, but today (2021) all my 25+ installed games support my 5120x1440 wide monitor [mostly] without issues (including GTA V and RDR2).
I originally installed FWS to be able to play Skyrim in wide screen and ended up uninstalling FWS after the mission failed.
RUclips really need a "this video is old and probably don't apply anymore"-disclaimer popup. I almost always end up going back to my duckduckgo-search and enabling "last year only" for search hit. Maybe it would be better with a static "dont show videos older than one year"-setting in duckduckgo ... hmm.
doesnt work for me but i dont have it for steam idk if thats the reason but its really hard to play this game especially shooting with how zoomed in it gets
