Halesworth Station's Unique Moveable Platforms!

Halesworth station is on the East Suffolk Line. Unique moveable platforms were installed in 1888 to enable to station to be enlarged over the Bungay Road.

How nice to see the word "unique" used properly. It reminds me of the "traverser bridge" at Brockenhurst station. It's similar, but definitely not the same.
