- Scott’s got pizza on the brain. In fact, there’s little else he thinks about. So when Scott heard about a pizza made from a kimchi batter, his second thought after “Woah! I’ve got to try that!” was “I should share a slice of that with Mark.” But where does this kimchi pizza fit within Mark Iacono’s rigid pizza rules of sauce, cheese, and dough? On this week’s episode, Scott heads to Hwaban to taste one of their kimchi pizzas. There might just be chopsticks involved. Is Scott pushing Mark too far now? Will Mark kick Scott out again?
Pizza is one of the most customizable foods in history. Tomato sauce, white sauce, artichoke cream sauce, broccoli, M&M’s, pineapple, edible 24K gold -- a pizza can be anything your heart desires. But should it? Renowned pizza nerd Scott Wiener is challenging the idea that pizza can be anything. He’s traveling all over America, spotlighting these Frankenstein pizzas and trying to make a case for whether these new customizations can, in fact, still be considered a pizza. In the end, Wiener takes these pizzas to Lucali to pass final judgment from the purist of all pizza purists, Mark Iacono, where he will either declare each slice “PIZZA!” or ask with complete disgust, “Really, dough???”

This show has a Legend, and a deserving super nerd. The topic of their expertise is PIZZA, easily the most beloved thing in the Universe. They both are extremely unique, entertaining, endearing and GENUINE. The show itself is all quality content and no filler. They used no o clickbait titles or screenshots. Yet in a week they only manage 300k views. While some fake person with a makeup tutorial is #2 on trending.

As a Korean American I can 100% assure everyone that is not a pizza, it's just jhun with cheese on it, it's more identified as pancake but eaten when you are with your peeps drinking alcohol. This is an extreme stretch to categorize it as pizza.

In Italy, a lot of people use knife and fork to eat pizza. Traditionally it isn't cut into little triangle pieces so you have ti use a fork and knife when sharing.
