Rane 12 spinning out of control

working on a mix for radio station and my first gen rane 12 spinning out or control. my right deck have done this before. now my left deck have started to do this. keep in mind I have never took them out since I bought them. it feels like a mp3 triggers this. but I have no way to tell why? not sure what to do about this.

My shit does the same thing once and a while when djing. Seems to only happen when I’m cueing the next song or the one I’m scratching on. And the only way I can get it to play normal is to turn off then on again using the the power switch underneath.
