I did this workout yesterday at my local gym but only did 2 sets of each since it’s what my body could hold up (just started working again after a year of not doing anything),, and I can tell you my whole body is on fire today and I could feel my muscles working yesterday , great workout

I have a question. Does using weights when are fat help you lose weights and tone up or just become big? I am starting to workout and i want to tone up but i don't know if i should just stick with cardio or start using weights

To "become big" you'd need to work out min 4-5 times a week whilst eating a specific diet etc full of protein, good fats, carbs etc. If you want to lose weight definitely do both cardio and weight training. Cardio will help you burn fat in the moment, whereas weight training helps to burn fat for hours afterwards when your body is repairing muscle. You won't "get big" from just introducing weights into your workout routine. :)
oh yes.. and how often can you do it? every day or there has to be some 48hours regeneration time...? and what about cardio after? would it be to much? and (promise last one 😊😉) when to eat if it is in the morning - before or after this workout+cardio?
nandini shikhar I'm not a professional but I would say there's no "minimum weight" it's just whatever you feel comfortable with as an individual. If you're just starting out try 5kg and then just work your way up. :)

They should definitely feature more transgenders. I definitely see bias in they don't want to feature men who are now women but may still have man parts or women who are now men. And I also noticed a distinct lack of trans reverse trans people as in men who were women who then reverted back to being men. It would also be cool if you could throw in some morbidly obese disabled Eastern Europeans who are straight-up homosexual. I want more diversity.
This work out is for women, Dude. You need to look at guy's work out if you want to try a program. I think she did a great job and women would love this work out.
These workouts don't make any scenes. She said the thrusters were a metabolic movement. There is no such thing. Why doesn't the average person realize not to believe and follow someone simply because they look the part. Being hot doesn't mean you know what you are talking about.

did a lil research metabolic movement is just high intensity exercise that leaves you breathing really hard. so it's def a thing
