I totally agree with you comment...with the exception of 'most fitness instructors charge a fortune...' NOT true, especially for those of us who work at a gym. The gym determines the PT pricing and SPLITS it with us. We're not getting rich or making 'a fortune.' We ARE lucky to be making a living pursuing our passion though. :-)

I am Latina, I started working out 7 months ago, been hitting the gym consistently and eating clean. I was able to grow my hips and gluteus quicker than some. I find her very motivating and she looks great!

When I workout I'm focused so it drives me nuts watching people in the gym that can't seem to put their cell phones away. They waste time sitting on equipment while on their phones. I want to focus, get through my workout and be done! It's a great feeling being stronger than you think you can be.
Folks are hating on her like crazy but quietly this is a great workout for anyone if its not strong enough for you then increase the weight and the reps but this is great workout. The legs will burn afterwards for sure.
The mobility part is what is extremely important. I am now going to incorporate these into my workouts. Thank You for a terrific workout, I love how your explain everything! You truly are an excellent trainer and athlete.
You're the first trainer on video I've ever watched (in seven years), who tells people to have faith that things will come to them at the right time, and to just train for the moment. This girl is an ectomorph or ecto-meso she is never going to be huge because of genetics all the muscle she has is hard fought for but it doesnt mean she cant be extremely strong. you can do supersets (back to back exercises with high reps 12-15 reps) at least 1-2 min rest in between sets. this is more cardio type workout but also working the muscles , it's good for fat loss goals
Im not a certified coach, but i have at least 7 years of experience between sports (soccer, swimming, flag f., Ultimate frisbee), CrossFit, bodybuilding and a few months of powerlifting. And i can tell that shes good, if you are a fitness model there's a time that you are not preparing and you just doing normal exercise with a normal diet. Im 5'7 and 138 pounds, my upper body looks just like her but with more chest, but my legs are huge and thats genetic, without that i would look just like her. I dont take any supplements just B12 because im vegan and I train at least 5 days per week. I know out there you can find people that look exactly like her, but she will do a deadlift with 200 pounds without hesitation. Sometimes there's no need to look bulk in order to be strong. Btw i aways use inchworm at the beginning to warm. BUT TRY THIS WORKOUT AND YOU WILL SEE HOW IT BURNS THE SHIT OUT YOU 🌺

I don’t think she’s conceited; it sounds like she’s saying she’s small framed, and being a fitness model she didn’t realize she had strength like she does. She’s encouraging other women like her to know people assume you can’t move weight cause your so damn little and then suddenly when she deadlifts 220lbs people are shocked. That’s a normal reaction for us gym heads; to see small folks with very little muscle chunk steel ;) She’s got skills and I’m taking her routine and adding into mine.

It seems like she adapts some of the movements to keep the focus on glutes and hamstrings - her target muscles - which is a good way to increase time under tension. However, shortening the range of motion (as she does, to focus on glutes and hams) makes the exercises less reflective of practical movements, not more (as she says). So, she's contradicting herself a little bit, on that point, but it's still a good workout for stressing the muscles of concern.
I am curious why you appear to lock your knees on the dead lifts and thrust your hips very exaggerated instead of squeezing the glutes as you come up with a slight thrust forward. I do love your warm up moves

on leg day i normally do 4-5% inclined walk for 20 min with long steps stressing my glutes, but i love her legs workout it is explosive
