Sorry if this sounds like a silly question. 3 sets of 10 reps per exercise - does it mean 10 reps done thrice, then the next exercise of 10 reps done thrice? Or 10 reps of Exercise A followed by 10 reps of Exercise B, then repeat 2 more times? i.e. Ax10x3, Bx10x3 or (Ax10, Bx10)x3? Any breaks in between exercises?
Yvonne Tan It means you do exercise A 10 times× 3 rounds. You make 10 reps and take a short break of 30- 60 seconds, then do again 10 reps of that same exercise followed by another short break, then another 10 of that and then move on to the next exercise.

Actually her knowledge of bodybuilding sucks if she thinks heavy lifting does not break down muscle fiber. That would mean every powerlifter out there would never get any bigger and it is the opposite
