      exactly, and what about time under tension? would be way more effective if he actually did them slow, but then explosive movements can be important too for calisthenics but sureely way more risky for beginners to get injured with bad form and fast movement...

      I think he does it fast because he can actually manage to control the negative at that pace based on the strength level of his core notwithstanding the fact that going slower is best for control but he's advanced

    not everyone can do a routine this hard, depends on their over all health, physical strength and endurance you have got to be working out for years and years to develop strength like this doesnt happened over night this guy is really great and great motivation

    just did this workout in the gym, great for burning fat, will incorporate a full body into my schedule at least once a week, people thinking you would look weird doing this in the gym, you need to get over that fear and focus on yourself not other people, you dont lift for the guy opposite you, you lift for yourself!

    i think full body workouts are the only thing needed for a beginner. i started doing videos recently as well, but most of them focused on single bodyparts. i'm gonna start making full body workouts too!

    I just did this workout.no rest except for adjusting myself in between sets ready for the next move.
    I have tendinitis in one wrist.
    I can't do pull ups and push ups anymore so I modified that to doing Push ups on my knees ,
    & assisted band Pull ups ,but added extra 5 reps just to feel I wasn't quite cheating.
    The Dip with leg raise I modified to 45 sec Ab wheels and 45 sec DB tricep kick backs.
    Finished it till the very end ,even that 45sec medley.
    All I'm saying is get a freakn timer cuz using my phone was so annoying .
    And yeah it took me just under 90mins to Finnish .
    At times I wanted to cry lol cuz it just felt so long😫
    But I did it😅 , and will continue to do it to better my endurance .
    I needed a switch up/I needed to shock my body again.And this is it for me🙏👍.Thanks Mr V.!

    This is a good workout. It's tough and can be used as a military workout. I'm a US Marine this workout will more than suffice for any day of the week. Good Shit Mr. Vasquez.

    Great work out vid. Thanks for taking the time to lay it all out for us. This workout is totally doable at a public gym, though I agree you need to avoid the busy times. Ive just moved to FBW's and am getting great results. Leaned from 95k to 90k in the last 2 weeks and not losing gains, just fat. Cheers Mike..your an inspiration in my workouts.

      deftones3138 I train everyday with calisthenics plus i work a full time job and I'm also a single dad so i am definitely not lazy ! But there is no need for so much volume in one workout as he is just going to burn out that's just a fact and nothing to do with being lazy all though i do respect his mind set .

      +Barry Mclaughlin I just tried this for the first time today and I can tell you that although some of it was pretty challenging, I definitely don't feel over-trained. I think this focuses more on conditioning and stamina rather than muscle building, but I think it's a good routine if you want to be more explosive, powerful and agile. With all that said; I must say that I do like this routine, but I will be tweaking it out a bit for my own goals. I'm definitely doing this once a week, every Friday, for the next 3 months.

    Love this workout, The warm up at the beginning of the video is the warm up i use for almost everything i do, before work, before my full body workouts splits before i run, cutting wood and so much more... its kinda like the warm up for life haha try it out its amazing its really all you need and its super simple to do
