Power Hamme Repair: Bullhammer 75 valve replacement

- Опубликовано: 2 окт 2024
- My trusty power hammer, a Bullhammer 75, stopped working. I needed to diagnose and repair. Follow along with my tribulations and challenges. This may have a happy ending or not. Working with pneumatic assemblies is not something I have any experience with. That said as a blacksmith, even as a beginner blacksmith, the ethos is to figure things out yourself. So, I learn about two piece ball valves and the challenges of unscrewing things that have not been opened in 15 years.

Great informative video. The tribulations of a 'simple' valve can throw all sorts of issues your way. The music is great, really fits the style of the videos and delivery IMO.
It was so frustrating. Took me ages to find a super simple valve.
Thanks for sharing your findings. I like the red, but violet might be a little faster and higher energy, just something to consider.
Great suggestion. I’ll do that for the next part that breaks 😎
Great video!! I liked the music and your narrating. Glad to see you fixed the power hammer. If it’s not one thing to fix in the shop it’s two things that need fixing! Lol.
There’s always something in my shop that needs fixing, everyday. ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻
Still have not been able to get the compressor back going.
this looks like a kens iron work MZ75 power hammer, do you know if they are somehow connected?
It’s a Bull Hammer 75. A U.S. company that went quickly out of business. The hammer is great though.
not sure why im watching this but i enjoyed it. the factory i work has machines like your hammer. fix one thing and another breaks, im sorry.
Yeah. And there is no information on parts. So trial and error for me.
Your "day job" lingo leaked through with debugging comment.
Haha. That’s true 😎
Great work Niels...love your subtle humour too 🙂
It seems necessary 😎
what music maker do you use
