My game is bought on physical copy and I used the latest version. Road reflections are just a different aspect of the Reflection Resolution option. And about the shadow particles - after patch 1.0.8.0 they were changed. This video is 6 years old and i dont remember why i decided to not use the original settings names, but i now regret it

@@Charley5303 Bro, it doesn't work that way anymore, since the game came to Rockstar launcher you have to select the option to write a code to unlock a game and write the activation code there in the launcher and it will automatically give you gta 4 complete edition in it. If you have both GTA IV and the Episodes from Liberty City, you have to write only the code for GTA 4 and it will unlock the complete edition

sadly this game deemed "unoptimized" by it's so called "fan" yet they didn't realize the texture are very detailed for time sake and let's not forget the real time (exaggerated) car physics and every object have it's shadow/ reflection also this game also have advanced real time shadows for all thing and real time reflection which is crazy even the ps3 visibly drops frame when i get 2 stars now see the repeated word? it's all rendered in real time which bogs the game why no one ever noticing this and just bitching ohh bad ported game my expansive gtx660 still has (now double dare ya try with new rtx now that's stable 60 fps!!)
@@folev_333heheh i was a fan of this gta iv since 2012 still waiting to buy laptop at least capable to ran this 60fps high @900p (yes I'm portable guy because i need balanced to work/play) forgot to mentioned the infamous crysis also have crazy frame drop when you go bezerk on graphics/res setting when it just released and still to this day... dunno why it doesn't get bad light like gta iv does.. damage control maybe?
It's just unacceptable that 13 after launch I'm struggling to get a balance between graphics and fps. Either all low for a 60(monitor's max) or 7fps for all high... On a freaking i5 With a 2gb 920mx... Feck

But keep your eye on budget laptop called tuf gaming with the 1650 you can have stable 58fps high at 2k resolution! (overclock gpu just slightly with msi afterburner)

Also texture filter quality doesn't affect performance at all, so you can set it to 16x without losing any FPS

By turning of the Definition option. But its more blurry
