I don't always do your workouts live, but I get to them. I love them. They keep me going. Your voice is so calming. I love the way you breathe loudly so I can hear exactly what I should be doing. The only thing I have trouble with is getting on my toes...osteoarthritis in my big toes. Ouch.
I am 67 … used 1k dumbells and loved the heart rate spikes… not enough of these available …could you do another at this intermediate level with weights please

Feels great. I learned a secret for myself; I change my playback settings to .75 so that, when I'm using weights, I'm moving at a speed that still allows me to focus on form, holding my core tight, breathing, and using the approp. muscle groups. It's almost too slow at .75 but then I do my steps at the normal speed (I don't bother changing the setting back and forth, though).
This was really good with the weights added! I only use 0.5 kg, but it's enough for me at the moment! 😁 The time goes so quickly when doing your workouts, thank you Meredith 👌❤
Oh sneaky, sneaky Meredith. This was SUCH a great total body workout. But why do I think my core muscles are going to be sore tomorrow? I did an upper body yoga afterward for extra stretches.

Hi Meredith , this was a good one and that I could do with a good pace, I did buy dumbbells but find gripping them difficult with my osteoarthritis, so I’d like to buy the wrist bands you mention, but not sure where to buy the ones you have and what weight, need something not to heavy, any advice appreciated, this will be on my repeat, thanks again
