    This one really works up cardio. My Fitbit records fat burning and cardio zones even with 1 lb weights, more than the one without weights. Thanks Meredith.

    Some days i struggle to star,some dqys i struggle during. I appreciate the reminders to march in place or modify. It allows me to keep moving and keep going

    Great workout. I need to transition to your longer advanced standing and seated videos. Looking forward to a challenge a couple times a week mixed in with seated pilates and 3 mile hikes; bike rides when the weather permits. Thank you for the variety.

    I haven’t returned to my precovid exercise place and I found your videos. I enjoy the workouts so much! They have inspired me to get back at it and tone up! I do whichever one I want and they are all great. Thank you for taking care of us senior folks!

    I don't always do your workouts live, but I get to them. I love them. They keep me going. Your voice is so calming. I love the way you breathe loudly so I can hear exactly what I should be doing. The only thing I have trouble with is getting on my toes...osteoarthritis in my big toes. Ouch.

    I am 67 … used 1k dumbells and loved the heart rate spikes… not enough of these available …could you do another at this intermediate level with weights please

    Feels great. I learned a secret for myself; I change my playback settings to .75 so that, when I'm using weights, I'm moving at a speed that still allows me to focus on form, holding my core tight, breathing, and using the approp. muscle groups. It's almost too slow at .75 but then I do my steps at the normal speed (I don't bother changing the setting back and forth, though).

    Oh sneaky, sneaky Meredith. This was SUCH a great total body workout. But why do I think my core muscles are going to be sore tomorrow? I did an upper body yoga afterward for extra stretches.

    If it’s in the description, I missed it. What wrist weight do you use weight wise? Want to order some. Don’t want to go too heavy. Love your workouts. So many of them are part of my daily exercise program. Thank you!! You are so good with explaining and knowing we’re seniors! 😍

      Hi Joann! I am using 2.5 lb wrist weights. I would not go heavier than that for a cardio workout.

    Hi Meredith , this was a good one and that I could do with a good pace, I did buy dumbbells but find gripping them difficult with my osteoarthritis, so I’d like to buy the wrist bands you mention, but not sure where to buy the ones you have and what weight, need something not to heavy, any advice appreciated, this will be on my repeat, thanks again

      Hi! This is a good one to do 2-3times a week. The cardio and the light weights is a great combo:)

    I love the workout. I do b-fit every morning for the seniors at my place of business. No way the poor seniors could do this. Way to fast.

      Thank you for the comment! Yes, this is an intermediate level so starting with a seated cardio or a beginner is a better way to go:)
