    This is an excellent intermediate workout. The speed is just right. Although I am 62, I love a great intermediate workout that has everything incorporated into it. Thank you Meredith! I look forward to your next intermediate sessions.

    Hi Meredith, I love your pace, the length of your sessions, and your clear instructions and good reminders. I am beginning to feel good changes in my body just with 3 workouts a week (age over 70).

    Very nice exercise. In a soft mode and with some challenges for people. This is suitable for overweight people too.

    Hi Meredith! Fun workout which is time effective (I’d one round only, better than no workout!). Two rounds are perfect for a nice 30 min session!
    I like compound workouts with lighter dumbbells because there is some cardio benefit if working at this moderate pace. A triple bonus! Lower body, upper body, low impact cardio!
    Planning on using this with my morning private client today!

    Besides loving your videos I have to tell you that I am 74 and have had one black fusion operation three years ago and very likely will have another one maybe next year. Your instructions and the way you do your exercises are so much help to me and I am so glad that I found your channel❤️🤗
