Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
Thanks for this video. The video on the Rogue website to accompany this piece of equipment has someone doing an abdominal hyperextension. This is what I needed to see.
I was just taught how to do this and both trainers said to put your knees on the pad. I couldn't even do one rep w/o holding the handles. I think I'll try it Mark's way by letting the knees fall through the pads a bit.
Love Rogue quality, and agree with the knee placement described, but why is the Rogue floor model flat instead of curved pads? I'm doing a home gym and would buy a floor model if it had the right pads. I've got no room for this one.
Concerning the pad on this model, where the lower thigh/knee meets the pad, is the padding extended below the bottom wood base? because the pos I own digs into my lower thigh/knee

😂😂😂😂
Best demo I've seen for this piece of equipment. thank you!

Wow did not expect to see smelly doing this demo
The guy literally guests in every weightlifting demo haha
Awesome video, I had no idea how to use it haha. Thanks guys
Great tool & more gyms should have them.
Thank you! Helped me significantly 💪🏽🔥
This is THE video I show people when trying to help them learn how to properly use the glute ham developer

It looks like a solid piece of equipment. Can it be used for regular back extensions too? I can't tell from the video how far that front pad extends.
yeah
Tried this once, kind of hurt my quads from all the pressure, is that normal or am I doing wrong?
How does it get "upper and lower hamstring" with zero hip hinge?
You can hinge instead of stopping at parallel
I'll consider it at 30% discount.

I'd like to know that also, the one at my gyms kills
is this the same as a nordic curl

ohh this is a GHD. its funny how a soccer mom uses the GHD as a situp equipment.
Well...they do work great for that as well. Lots of equipment can serve multiple exercises other than what they were developed for.
Yep, i hate crosshit as welll. High volume snatches call for a trip to snap city.
+salmonblade desouza soccer mums would use GHD as a hair straightener lol
You can use it floor sit ups and back extensions as well, it's the same design as a roman chair.
You moron. Did you really post this?
