Just based on the vehicles specifically the Lincoln Town Cars, this had to be recorded late in the 90's like around 98-2000. The body style of that specific Lincoln came out in 1998. Still very cool though to see LA County and how it looked back in the day.

Something changed in 2020 when I look back suddenly I see all the potential we all had. I hope one day people can film us today knowing it's still here. Still love looking back though to a world gone by.
