This made no sense at all. I want to clear the cache of my messenger because it’s lagging. By offloading the app, it doesn’t clear the cache, it simply removes the app and you can’t use it.
use a white screen , go dlower, and write directions, too

Solved it myself just deleted the app downloaded the again signed in and it was gone
I was able to understand once I put on the closed captions, but still it’s too fast and I can’t see what you are clicking on on my phone

You missed a step, once you delete it (offload it?) you have to reinstall it so you can use it again
