Anyone else feel we need a Doctor show that takes place in a prison?
There is a kdrama about it
Feels like it would be more shankings than illnesses depending on the prison
U have no idea how little medical attention is given in jail.
@@kevinforeman4485lol right!
@louisegrunberg5597 what's it called?
I wish i could have seen the look on that guards face when the warden fired her.
You do realize she if gonna be also facing jail time probably
@@erglis7 she should be facing jail time if she rely did try to kill that prisner.
@@erglis7 Depends. She’s definitely got friends in law enforcement, and the only proof she’s the one who did anything is a recording taken without her knowledge.
She could be charged, but a conviction might not stick.
It would be nice if she faced some time on the other side of the bars, but…
Oh the irony in that.
She would just be sent to another prison. They’ll let her resign. If the warden called the police during that scene maybe I’d be a little more charitable 😂
I wouldn't be surprised if this happened in real life. Prisons have wide leeway in how they treat the prisoners. I don't know about county jails, but again, I wouldn't be surprised.
This DEFINITELY happens in prisons across America.
My boyfriend was a prison guard, one time a prisoner went down and my boyfriend started compressions, there wasn't a doctor on site just a nurse and she couldn't call an ambulance without permission from a doctor, my boyfriend knelt on the floor for 45 minutes doing compressions before someone made the call to get a ambulance.
I’m a registered nurse you do not need an order to call an ambulance so clinical decision.
@@Americanpatriot-zo2tk youre not a prison nurse though, so it's safe to say they have stupid rules in place like that
@@scrubaatividyaShe may not be a Prison Nurse but common sense should prevail here. No prison or Warden wants a massive lawsuit!! Nurses also have taken an oath and it doesn't include sitting by and doing nothing. However I've yet to see someone doing chest compressions for 45 minutes effectively
@@scrubaatividyaI am a correctional officer and I will confidently tell you a doctor is not needed to call for an ambulance.
Whenever a nurse calls for an ambulance, one will be provided.
@@joannemadden7449 common sense will never prevail over American burocracy.
I love that they added the party scene at the end. It wasn't really part of the crisis, but it was great to watch!
That officer should've been made an inmate.
Yeah, but she had her stay-out-of-jail-free card
The person might be in prison.. But the woman should be in prison herself for attempted murder
Never seen this however I may have to keep up the great work and stay awesome I can't wait to start watching this show!!
Floyd is a good doctor
HE! IS! A! SURGEON!!!!
Floyd’s an actor
@@Foreveraltered-wv3by NO, HES A SURGEOOOOOOON
Fired immediately like I said she needs more than just to be fired. She needs to be in prison
1:54 the temporary tattoo they put on the actor is super obvious in this frame and I can't stop noticing it now
So she will be fired and wont face any punishment? Thats pigs covering up for pigs for you
We didn't see her fired. I wouldn't take that wardens word for it.
OK 1 this is a drama TV series, 2nd we don't see what happens to how do you know that doesn't happen?
Did ANYONE understand why Floyd gave her that look when she walked away?
Because he's into her and is surprised she hasn't noticed
It was the look of seething contempt in place of anger.
@@gugulethukheswa7591 Or she knows & set him up with someone else on purpose
because he told her when they were dating that he wanted a black woman to settle down with and ended things with her for that. So she set him up with her friend even though she still had feelings.
prisoners are, truthfully, the most repressed group in america
“So if we test your guys they won’t come back positive for ketamine? Either you have a smuggling problem or a guard problem”
3:47 XD
Unless they’re a pedophile, rapist or murderer idc what they did inmates are human beings they deserve human decency and dignity!!!
So weird how being a pedophile rapist or a murderer automatically doesn't make you human, everyone in the human species is human, just not every human has morals lmao
You're part of the problem. What, you're gonna wait until the "high and mighty police" come out with that prisoner's records in order to administer life saving medical assistance?
It'll take what, 15 nice minutes for the police to fetch the records and give them to you, not counting in the probable bias said people have against inmates no matter what they did. When it comes to medical help every single minute counts, you don't have time to be judge jury amd executioner, you're supposed to do your goddammit job
To be fair, prison guards should have tranquilizers.
"But this person is telling the truth."
Considering Floyd has a track record of favoring people of colour before, it rang hollow to me.
The part where he ran through the security check and said "arrest me" was so funny ruclips.net/video/z0TmF3P3H8g/видео.html
Why on earth would you shock a patient and you don’t know their EKG rhythm? Terrible doctoring….!
If a person doesn't have a heartbeat and manual compressions have not succeeded in bringing it back, using a defibrillator is the best chance of saving their life
@@justincase7848 Are you ACLS trained? Because there are things called “unshockable rhythms” such as asystole and PEA. Ventricular fibrillation ((V-Fib) and ventricular tachycardia (V-Tach) are shockable. But the others are not. Please speak to things you actually know about. If the heart muscles aren’t contracting and are stagnant , then shocking a person does NOTHING for them. You can’t “shock” a dead heart and expect it to magically be alive again.
This lady can't understand normal thinking.
